Today is the third anniversary of MH370 going missing on March 8, 2014.

I received an email this morning from Field McConnell, the airline
captain who says MH370 was hijacked by the CIA.

And that 9/11 was a CIA job too.

A number of independent witnesses in the Maldives signed statements
attesting that they saw a plane matching MH370 about 6.15am on March 8,
2014. Official MH370 investigators did NOT send anyone to interview them.

conditions, I said, is that there should be no acts against this
country. I could smell it because Bush ... yet the people he put in were

So within a year before the time when he came to power, as I was asked
to come into the Pentagon, to the Office of Low-Intensity Conflict, I
began to see the CIA civilians totally take over the Pentagon. It was an

civilian, as well as another General, and said, "You are now being
infiltrated by the CIA .You are going to be involved in some kind of
dirty trick, which I suspect will be a Stand-down and a False Flag."

SP: "So it was clear to me who would be involved. It would be Paul
Wolfowitz, it would be Walter Yagel. It would be Zalmay Khalilzad. All
of these people who I'd worked with - Richard Perle, Dov Zakheim, who's
a rabbi, I didn't know but I didn't like. Elliot Abrams who I almost
killed in another iteration. He knew I was going after him on the Panama
thing. And when it occurred, I knew immediately that this was a stand
down false flag because Israeli operatives immediately called me up and
said the planes had attacked the towers and they were collapsing and I
said there is no precedent in the history of any building where a plane
has crashed and collapsed the building - and immediately they said,
within minutes of the time I said that this was a false flag, "Oh, you
must be an Arabist", now I said I know who was involved. So it was
Israel, I knew the Pakistani senior intelligence officer was coming here
because I was forewarned by one of his predecessors - Jacob Khan - that
the Pakistani Generals were involved in a potential coup. I was
forewarned that the Saudis would be involved. I knew that the Israelis
would be involved because they had people like Michael Chertoff, who
should have been indicted because he had double citizenship here and in
Israel and was in charge of Homeland Security along with Richard Perle
and others whose loyalty has never been to the United States.
Unfortunately these American Jews, whose loyalty is to Israel, have
never served the American government, never been in the American
military, but are more than happy to serve the Israeli military. As Dov
Zakheim has done, as Rahm Emanuel and that whole family on both the
Republican and Democratic side."

911. They're not going to have a 911 and not include criminal elements
of tyhese intelligence agencies, because then the other agency could
blow the whistle on them. that's why they includedf as many as ten

had no experience in war, we will overthrow you. ..."

I want Netanyahu to "begin telling the truth, that the involvement of

on YouTube. He does a very thorough job of placing 911 squarely at the

Top US government insider Dr. Steve R. Pieczenik, a man who held
numerous different influential positions under three different
Presidents and still works with the Defense Department, shockingly told
The Alex Jones Show yesterday that Osama Bin Laden died in 2001 and that
he was prepared to testify in front of a grand jury how a top general
told him directly that 9/11 was a false flag inside job.

Pieczenik cannot be dismissed as a "conspiracy theorist". He served as
the Deputy Assistant Secretary of State under three different
administrations, Nixon, Ford and Carter, while also working under Reagan
and Bush senior, and still works as a consultant for the Department of
Defense. A former US Navy Captain, Pieczenik achieved two prestigious
Harry C. Solomon Awards at the Harvard Medical School as he
simultaneously completed a PhD at MIT.

Recruited by Lawrence Eagleburger as Deputy Assistant Secretary of State
for Management, Pieczenik went on to develop, "the basic tenets for
psychological warfare, counter terrorism, strategy and tactics for
transcultural negotiations for the US State Department, military and
intelligence communities and other agencies of the US Government," while
also developing foundational strategies for hostage rescue that were
later employed around the world.

Pieczenik also served as a senior policy planner under Secretaries Henry
Kissinger, Cyrus Vance, George Schultz and James Baker and worked on
George W. Bush’s election campaign against Al Gore. His record
underscores the fact that he is one of the most deeply connected men in
intelligence circles over the past three decades plus.

The character of Jack Ryan, who appears in many Tom Clancy novels and
was also played by Harrison Ford in the popular 1992 movie Patriot
Games, is also based on Steve Pieczenik.

Back in April 2002, over nine years ago, Pieczenik told the Alex Jones
Show that Bin Laden had already been "dead for months," and that the
government was waiting for the most politically expedient time to roll
out his corpse. Pieczenik would be in a position to know, having
personally met Bin Laden and worked with him during the proxy war
against the Soviets in Afghanistan back in the early 80¢s.

Pieczenik said that Osama Bin Laden died in 2001, "Not because special
forces had killed him, but because as a physician I had known that the
CIA physicians had treated him and it was on the intelligence roster
that he had marfan syndrome," adding that the US government knew Bin
Laden was dead before they invaded Afghanistan.

Marfan syndrome is a degenerative genetic disease for which there is no
permanent cure. The illness severely shortens the life span of the sufferer.

"He died of marfan syndrome, Bush junior knew about it, the intelligence
community knew about it," said Pieczenik, noting how CIA physicians had
visited Bin Laden in July 2001 at the American Hospital in Dubai.

"He was already very sick from marfan syndrome and he was already dying,
so nobody had to kill him," added Pieczenik, stating that Bin Laden died
shortly after 9/11 in his Tora Bora cave complex.

"Did the intelligence community or the CIA doctor up this situation, the
answer is yes, categorically yes," said Pieczenik, referring to Sunday’s
claim that Bin Laden was killed at his compound in Pakistan, adding,
"This whole scenario where you see a bunch of people sitting there
looking at a screen and they look as if they’re intense, that’s
nonsense," referring to the images released by the White House which
claim to show Biden, Obama and Hillary Clinton watching the operation to
kill Bin Laden live on a television screen.

"It’s a total make-up, make believe, we’re in an American theater of the
absurd….why are we doing this again….nine years ago this man was already
dead….why does the government repeatedly have to lie to the American
people," asked Pieczenik.

"Osama Bin Laden was totally dead, so there’s no way they could have
attacked or confronted or killed Osama Bin laden," said Pieczenik,
joking that the only way it could have happened was if special forces
had attacked a mortuary.

Pieczenik said that the decision to launch the hoax now was made because
Obama had reached a low with plummeting approval ratings and the fact
that the birther issue was blowing up in his face.

"He had to prove that he was more than American….he had to be
aggressive," said Pieczenik, adding that the farce was also a way of
isolating Pakistan as a retaliation for intense opposition to the
Predator drone program, which has killed hundreds of Pakistanis.

"This is orchestrated, I mean when you have people sitting around and
watching a sitcom, basically the operations center of the White House,
and you have a president coming out almost zombie-like telling you they
just killed Osama Bin Laden who was already dead nine years ago," said
Pieczenik, calling the episode, "the greatest falsehood I’ve ever heard,
I mean it was absurd."

Dismissing the government’s account of the assassination of Bin Laden as
a "sick joke" on the American people, Pieczenik said, "They are so
desperate to make Obama viable, to negate the fact that he may not have
been born here, any questions about his background, any irregularities
about his background, to make him look assertive….to re-elect this
president so the American public can be duped once again."

Pieczenik’s assertion that Bin Laden died almost ten years ago is echoed
by numerous intelligence professionals as well as heads of state across
the world.

Bin Laden, "Was used in the same way that 9/11 was used to mobilize the
emotions and feelings of the American people in order to go to a war
that had to be justified through a narrative that Bush junior created
and Cheney created about the world of terrorism," stated Pieczenik.

During his interview with the Alex Jones Show yesterday, Pieczenik also
asserted he was directly told by a prominent general that 9/11 was a
stand down and a false flag operation, and that he is prepared to go to
a grand jury to reveal the general’s name.

"They ran the attacks," said Pieczenik, naming Dick Cheney, Paul
Wolfowitz, Stephen Hadley, Elliott Abrams, and Condoleezza Rice amongst
others as having been directly involved.

"It was called a stand down, a false flag operation in order to mobilize
the American public under false pretenses….it was told to me even by the
general on the staff of Wolfowitz – I will go in front of a federal
committee and swear on perjury who the name was of the individual so
that we can break it open," said Pieczenik, adding that he was "furious"
and "knew it had happened".

"I taught stand down and false flag operations at the national war
college, I’ve taught it with all my operatives so I knew exactly what
was done to the American public," he added.

Pieczenik re-iterated that he was perfectly willing to reveal the name
of the general who told him 9/11 was an inside job in a federal court,
"so that we can unravel this thing legally, not with the stupid 9/11
Commission that was absurd."

Pieczenik explained that he was not a liberal, a conservative or a tea
party member, merely an American who is deeply concerned about the
direction in which his country is heading.

Among the numerous views held by those espousing "9/11 truth," one
central idea remains the same: The United States government is complicit
in the September 11, 2001 terror attacks.

An article in the New York Post this week, boldly titled "How US covered
up Saudi role in 9/11," details how the highest levels of the US
government not only helped conceal Saudi involvement but assisted the
perpetrators in escaping the country.

The Cover-upNYPost

"The kingdom’s involvement was deliberately covered up at the highest
levels of our government. And the coverup goes beyond locking up 28
pages of the Saudi report in a vault in the US Capitol basement," Paul
Sperry writes. "Investigations were throttled. Co-conspirators were let
off the hook."

Everyone from Join Terrorism Task Force members to FBI agents and
Virginia law enforcement say that despite evidence leading to the Saudi
Embassy in Washington, investigations were derailed repeatedly by higher
ups.

"Those sources say the pages missing from the 9/11 congressional inquiry
report — which comprise the entire final chapter dealing with ‘foreign
support for the September 11 hijackers’ — details ‘incontrovertible
evidence’ gathered from both CIA and FBI case files of official Saudi
assistance for at least two of the Saudi hijackers who settled in San
Diego."

The Saudi Connection

One name specifically, that of Saudi Ambassador Prince Bandar, commonly
known as "Bandar Bush" due to his longtime relationship with the
president, came up frequently during investigations.

"Some information has leaked from the redacted section, including a
flurry of pre-9/11 phone calls between one of the hijackers’ Saudi
handlers in San Diego and the Saudi Embassy, and the transfer of some
$130,000 from then-Saudi Ambassador Prince Bandar’s family checking
account to yet another of the hijackers’ Saudi handlers in San Diego,"
Sperry continues.

Upon learning of the agent’s knowledge, State Department officials
responded not by detaining Bandar, but by providing him with
round-the-clock protection.

"An investigator who worked with the JTTF in Washington complained that
instead of investigating Bandar, the US government protected him —
literally," the article says. "He said the State Department assigned a
security detail to help guard Bandar not only at the embassy, but also
at his McLean, Va., mansion."

Former FBI agent John Guandolo, a Washington field agent who
investigated Bandar following 9/11, says the Saudi should have
undoubtedly been treated as a suspect.

"The Saudi ambassador funded two of the 9/11 hijackers through a third
party," Guandolo said. "He should be treated as a terrorist suspect, as
should other members of the Saudi elite class who the US government
knows are currently funding the global jihad."

The Getaway

The article goes on to state that just two days after the attack, Bandar
visited the White House to enjoy several cigars with President Bush
before being granted safe passage out of the country with other Saudis.

"After he met on Sept. 13, 2001, with President Bush in the White House,
where the two old family friends shared cigars on the Truman Balcony,
the FBI evacuated dozens of Saudi officials from multiple cities,
including at least one Osama bin Laden family member on the terror watch
list," Sperry says. "Instead of interrogating the Saudis, FBI agents
acted as security escorts for them, even though it was known at the time
that 15 of the 19 hijackers were Saudi citizens."

NYTIMESThen-White House adviser Richard Clarke also stated in 2003 that
he aided the Saudis escape after being assured by FBI agents that they
had been cleared of wrongdoing.

"The adviser, Richard Clarke, who ran the White House crisis team after
the attacks but has since left the Bush administration, said he agreed
to the extraordinary plan because the Federal Bureau of Investigation
assured him that the departing Saudis were not linked to terrorism,"
Times writer Eric Lichtblau stated.

The Saudi Panic

In response to growing knowledge of the Saudi’s role, the Islamic
kingdom has threatened to "sell up to $750 billion in treasury
securities and other assets in the United States" if legislation backing
the release of the 28 pages is passed.

"Adel al-Jubeir, the Saudi foreign minister, delivered the kingdom’s
message personally last month during a trip to Washington, telling
lawmakers that Saudi Arabia would be forced to sell up to $750 billion
in treasury securities and other assets in the United States before they
could be in danger of being frozen by American courts," writes The New
York Times.

Although such information is devastating to the US, Saudi Arabia and the
"official story" of September 11, much of it has been public since the
years following the attack.

The Other Whistleblowers

Largely ignored by the press is the countless other government officials
who also say they experienced similar treatment when trying to
investigate America’s largest ever terror attack.

Former NSA senior executive Thomas Drake, who blew the whistle on
domestic surveillance during the Bush presidency, has commented
repeatedly on NSA intelligence that would have "undoubtedly" stopped 9/11.

"The NSA had critical intelligence about Al Qaeda and associated
movements in particular that had never been properly shared outside of
NSA," Drake said in 2014. "They simply did not share critical
intelligence although they had it."

Former senior intelligence officer Lt. Col Anthony Shaffer was similarly
sidelined by the Defense Intelligence Agency for blowing the whistle on
covered up operations that identified two terrorist cells later charged
for the 9/11 attacks.

"I had no intention of joining the ranks of ‘whistle blowers,’" Shaffer
said in 2009. "When I made my disclosure to the 9/11 commission
regarding the existence of a pre 9/11 offensive counter-terrorism
operation that had discovered several of the 9/11 terrorists a full year
before the 9/11 attacks my intention was to simply tell the truth, and
fulfill my oath of office."

Shaffer also joined the Alex Jones Show well over one year ago to
discuss the Saudi’s role in 9/11 and the 28 pages. ...

Regardless of one’s exact theory on the details of 9/11, it’s time for
Americans and people around the world to admit they were lied to.

The "9/11 truthers" were right.

The Neocons are mounting a Coup against you.

The Russia allegations were aired thoroughly during the election, but
people voted for you nonetheless.

The Neocons do not accept the result.

No doubt, you were intending to soft-peddle, not rocking the boat of
domestic politics too much.

But in view of the Neocons' slow coup, you need to come out fighting.

The best way to deal with the Neocons is to open a new investigation
into 9/11.

You might not have the votes to get Congress to authorize a new
investigation.

But you could start the ball rolling by inviting the President of
Architects & Engineers For 9/11 Truth to the White House, and having him
make a presentation. The media could hardly avoid covering it.

And you could keep the ball rolling by having other 9/11 Truth personnel
make such presentations. Such as Steven E. Jones, Physics Professor
Emeritus from the University of Utah. Niels Harrit, Professor of
Chemistry, would be another.

Pilots for 9/11 Truth could also participate.

Drain the Swamp - don't Drown in it.

Don't let Alex Jones take charge. He's a phony.

Australia,paid tribute to Bill Mollison after his recent death in Hobart.

The ABC published an obituary Tributes flow in for Permaculture 'father'
Bill Mollison, which says Cundall described Permaculture as
"anall-encompassing method of actually living without in anyway
disrupting the environment" ... "It was the way of the future, and this
is why itbecame so exciting," he said.

Permaculture became a worldwide movement, but the book 'Permaculture
One', which started it off, was published in Tasmania (in 1978)
andoriented to Tasmania, focusing on crops suitable for growing there.

I was living in Tasmania at the time, and picked up news on the
grapevine. Word went out that Mollison would start a Permaculture
commune at agreenfields site in the north-east of Tasmania.

Instead, he establised the first Permaculture community in the
north-west fishing town of Stanley, where he had grown up. I knew a
family wholived there, and visited them several times. This first
venture was a failure.

Mollison then set up a community in the subtropics at Tyalgum, near
Murrwillumbah, in NSW. In 1993, my family and I called in while on a
triparound the country. He showed us the orchard, featuring fruit and
nut trees, with perennial vines (I recall sweet potato) as a cover
cropunderneath. The trees included coconut, which hates frost, and plum,
which needs frost (this was before low-chill plums were introduced).
Billgave us some sweet potatoes to cook.

Subsequent Permaculture communities included Crystal Waters, near
Maleny. Green Harvest was set up by Permaculturists from there.

Peter Cundall was a member of the Communist Party, but Mollison was more
of an Anarchist. He believed in communal living, andintroduced the heavy
emphasis on 'systems theory'. Mollison was a collaborator of Bob Brown,
but later came to call the Greens'Eco-Fascists', for their crusade to
pull out useful plants growing wild, eg olives in the Adelaide Hills and
Brazilian cherry-guavas insouth-east Qld.

Mollison had campaigned against Plant Breeders Rights, but, after
Permaculture took off, he switched sides and put a copyright on theword
'Permaculture.' The books 'Permaculture One' (1978), 'Permaculture Two'
(1979), and 'Permaculture: A Designers Manual' (1988), bear anotice
informing the reader of this copyright. Mollison then introduced
fee-paying courses on Permaculture Design; holding courses became
anincome for Permaculture communities.

David Holmgren was a student of Bill Mollison at the University of
Tasmania. It seems that he, not Mollison, coined the word'Permaculture',

Permaculture One does not acknowledge Smith as the source of the name

but not mentioned in the body of that book.

None of the other Permaculture books by Mollison, that I have seen,
mention Smith.

Yet, in 2013, David Holmgren published a review of Smith's book in which
he credits it as "a major influence on the developmentof the
Permaculture concept". He even calls it "a Permaculture classic by J.
Russell Smith".

Smith encouraged family farmers to grow Tree Crops rather than annual

Decades later, animals are reared more intensively than ever. Cattle are
housed in feedlots, fed on grains, which fatten them butmake them sick.
Pigs and poultry are imprisoned from birth in the most crowded
conditions, being force-fed grains, hormones andantibiotics; their whole
lives are a misery. Their meat is unhealthy for us to eat, and even
their manure is dangerous to handle.

Smith offered an alternative vision, of animals free-ranging on farms in
which fruit and nut trees drop mulberries, persimmons,acorns etc for
them to eat. The last day of their life, when they faced the butcher,
would be traumatic, but, up to that day, they would leadhappy lives.

Further, these tree crops would replace annual crops, cultivated by
ploughing, which causes erosion.

Cotton can be grown as a tree, or as an annual. Tree Cotton was the
species known in ancient India and the Middle East. Annual Cotton was
onlydeveloped in the last few centuries, in the American South. It's now
a major crop in flat arid areas of the subtropics (eg western Qld and
westernNSW). It needs a lot of water, which is supplied from huge dams.
Tree Cotton needs much less water, and less fertilizers, herbicides
andpesticides, but the industry has no interest in it because the
harvesting machines have been developed for Annual Cotton.

Michael Foley noted that Smith's book 'anticipates the permaculture
literature in advocating a "two-storey" agriculture, with treecrops
(primarily nuts) as the primary source of animal fodder on sloping and
hilly land. It documents the incredible productivity of tree crops
andtheir traditional uses as fodder for pigs, goats, cattle, and
poultry. I was particularly struck by the evidence from southern Europe,
whereextensive chestnut forests produce(d) some of the finest pork in
the region.'

Smith wrote,

"Trees are much better able than the cereals to use rain when it comes.
They can store moisture much better than the annualscan store it because
they thrust their roots deep into the earth, seeking moisture far below
the surface. They are able to survive droughtbetter than the annual
crops that grow beside them. For example, a drought that blasts corn or
hay or potatoes may have little influence on theadjacent apple orchard.
Trees living from year to year are a permanent institution, a going
concern, ready to produce when theirproducing time comes." (Tree Crops,
pp. 16-17)

"We will have small plowed fields on the level hilltops. The level
valleys will also be plowed, but the slopes will be productive through
croptrees and protected by them – a permanent form of agriculture." (p. 18)

Smith advocated "two-story agriculture", annual crops grown between rows
of trees (now called 'intercropping' and 'agroforestry'):

"Other two-story Majorca farms had, for a top crop, almonds, one of the
staple exports of the island. Other lands were in olives, and a fewwere
in the sweet acorn-bearing oak. The people said that the farmer did not
get the greatest possible crop of wheat or the greatest possiblecrop of
olives or figs, but that he got about a 75-percent crop of each, making
a total of 150 percent. It is like the ship which fills three-fourthsof
her tonnage capacity with pig iron and five-sixths of her cubic capacity
with light wood manufactures." (pp. 17-18).

Once Smith is properly credited as the Father of Permaculture,
Mollison's role as broadening the concept should also be recognised.For
example, he and Holmgren included water harvesting and house design.
Many creative people have come on board, eg Sepp Holzer in Germanyand
Masanobu Fukuoka in Japan. They each do things their own way: there is
no ONE way.

Yesterday, I did a Skype video call with Field McConnell, a former US
airforce pilot (flew F4s & F16s) and former airline captain (747-400)
with Delta Airlines & Northwest airlines.

He believes MH370 was hijacked by the CIA and flown to Diego Garcia; and
thinks it quite possible that the plane tracked off Western Australia
was a decoy plane. The same happened with 9/11.

He resigned from his airline rather than shut up.

He says that the planes were electronically hijacked by intelligence
agencies, using technology called "Uninterruptible AutoPilot".

There's a Boeing Uninterruptible AutoPilot, and a Thales one.

All modern planes have it; they can be flown remotely as a drone.

The pilot of American 77, which supposedly hit the Pentagon, was a
friend of his.

In fact, a missile hit the Pentagon; AA77 was switched and, he says,
detonated over the Atlantic Ocean.

This sort of "decoy plane" was first advocated in Operation Northwoods,
in 1961. At that time, the Joint Chiefs of Staff signed off on it. They
wanted to stage a False Flag attack, to be blamed on Cuba, as an excuse
to invade it.

But President Kennedy, and Attorney General Robert Kennedy, vetoed it,
and sacked the Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff.

Papers on the plan were released about 1995, as part of an investigation
into the assassination of JFK.

Among the actions recommended was "a series of well coordinated
incidents to take place in and around" the U.S. Navy base at Guantanamo

uniforms* and then *have them "start riots* near the main gate of the
base. Others would pretend to be saboteurs inside the base. Ammunition
would be blown up, fires started, aircraft sabotaged, mortars fired at
the base with damage to installations."**

The suggested operations grew progressively more outrageous. Another
called for an action similar to the infamous incident in February *1898
when an explosion aboard the battleship /Maine /in Havana harbor killed
266 U.S. sailors*. Although the exact cause of the explosion remained
undetermined, it sparked the Spanish‑American War with Cuba. Incited by
the deadly blast, more than one million men volunteered for duty.
Lemnitzer and his generals came up with a similar plan. "*We could blow
up a U.S. ship in Guantanamo Bay and blame Cuba*," they proposed;
"casualty lists in U.S. newspapers would cause a helpful wave of
national indignation." ...

and return the aircraft to its original status. The *drone aircraft
meanwhile will continue to fly the filed flight plan*. When over Cuba
the drone will be *transmitting* on the international distress frequency
*a "May Day" message* stating he is *under attack by Cuban MiG
aircraft*. The transmission will be interrupted by *DESTRUCTION OF THE
AIRCRAFT,* which will be *TRIGGERED BY RADIO SIGNAL*. This will allow
ICAO [International Civil Aviation Organization] radio stations in the
Western Hemisphere to tell the U.S. what has happened to the aircraft
instead of the U.S. trying to "sell" the incident.**

**

Finally, there was a plan to "*make it appear that Communist Cuban MiGs
have destroyed a USAF aircraft over international waters in an
unprovoked attack*." It was a particularly believable operation given
the decade of shootdowns that had just taken place.**

**

In the final sentence of his *letter to Secretary McNamara recommending
the operations*, Lemnitzer made a grab for even more power, *asking that
the Joint Chiefs be placed in charge of carrying out Operation
Northwoods and the invasion*. "It is recommended," he wrote, "that this
responsibility for both overt and covert military operations be assigned
to the Joint Chiefs of Staf£"**

**

At 2:30 on the afternoon of Tuesday, March 13, 1962, Lemnitzer**went
over last‑minute details of Operation Northwoods with his covert ac­tion
chief, Brigadier General William H. Craig, and signed the document.**He
then went to a "special meeting" in McNamara's office. An hour later**

{p. 87}**he *met with Kennedy's military representative, General Maxwell
Taylor*. What happened during those meetings is unknown. But*three days
later, President Kennedy told Lemnitzer that there was virtually no
possibility that the U.S. would ever use overt military force in Cuba.*

*Undeterred, Lemnitzer and the Chiefs persisted, virtually to the point
of demanding that they be given authority to invade and take over Cub*a.
About a month after submitting Operation Northwoods, they met in the
"tank," as the JCS conference room was called, and agreed on the wording
of a tough memorandum to McNamara. "The *Joint Chiefs of Staff believe
that the Cuban problem must be solved in the near future*," they wrote.
"Further, they see no prospect of early success in overthrowing the
p'resent communist regime either as a result of internal uprising or
external political, economic or psychological pressures. Accordingly
they believe that *military intervention by the United States will be
required to overthrow the present communist regime*." ...

{p. 89}**As has been described, *the document was signed and fully
approved by Lemnitzer and the rest of the Joint Chiefs *and addressed to
the Secretary of Defense for his signature. Whether it went beyond
McNamara to the president and the attorney general is not known.**

Even after Lemnitzer lost his job, *the Joint Chiefs kept planning
"pretext" operations at least into 1963*. Among their proposals was a
plan to *deliberately create a war between Cuba and any of a number of
its Latin American neighbors. This would give the United States military
an excuse to come in on the side of Cuba's adversary *and get rid of
Castro. ...**

**

{p. 90} Although they never succeeded in launching America into a phony
war with Cuba, *they may have done so with Vietnam*. More than 50,000
Americans and more than 2 million Vietnamese were eventually killed in
that war.**

**

It has long been suspected that the *1964 Gulf of Tonkin incident*—the
spark that led to America's long war in Vietnam—was largely staged or
provoked by U.S. officials in order to build up congressional and public
support for American involvement. Over the years, serious questions have
been raised about the alleged attack by North Vietnamese patrol boats on
two American destroyers in the Gul£ But defenders of the Pentagon have
always denied such charges, arguing that senior officials would never
engage in such deceit.**

{p. 91} Now, however, in light of the Operation Northwoods documents, it
is clear that deceiving the public and trumping up wars for Americans to
fight and die ig was standard, approved policy at the highest levels of
the Pentagon. In fact, the Gulf of Tonkin seems right out of the
Operation Northwoods playbook: "We could blow up a U.S. ship in
Guantanamo Bay and blame Cuba . . . casualty lists in U.S. newspapers
would cause a helpful wave of indignation." One need only replace
"Guantanamo Bay" with "Tonkin Gulf," and "Cuba" with "North Vietnam."
The Gulf of Tonkin incident may or may not have been stagemanaged, but
the senior Pentagon leadership at the time was clearly capable of such
deceit.*...*

This morning I did a short radio interview with Tony Gosling, about
MH370. Tony has doggedly kept persuing this matter, and the interview
forced me to update my own investigation of it.

Since the interview, I did a bit more research, and have cracked the
mystery of MH370. It was hijacked by the CIA, to stop Technology
Transfer to China.

I had heard such arguments before, but today I discovered how seriously
the US regards the issue of Technology Transfer to China.

*(1) Summary*

MH370 kept flying for 5 hours after its last known location, proving
that mechanical failure was not the problem.

The*Transponder and ACARS were turned off, proving conspiracy* of some
kind. Either by one of the pilots, or by an intelligence agency taking
control of the plane and flying it remotely like a drone.

After being turned off, the *ACARS unit* was unable to send data, but
was *still able to do handshakes with the Inmarsat satellite.*

After its diversion, and without radar protection, the plane first flew
high, to avoid collision with other planes, then flew low to avoid
radar, as it doubled back and flew west over Malaysia. It successfully
dodged mountains, suggesting computer control.

The co-pilot attempted to make a distress call from his mobile phone, as
the plane neared the Penang mobile system towers at low altitude.

*If it had crashed at sea,* there would have been *a huge debris field*.
Given the worldwide interest, *that would have been spotted. It wasn't -
so the plane landed* somewhere; *Diego Garcia is the most likely
location*. There were no secheduled flights from Diego Garcia airport on
March 8-10, 2014; flights resumed on March 11.

Landing at Diego Garcia could not be done without *approval of the US
Military*.

*Hijacking by the Captain or co-pilot is unlikely, because *they would
still have *needed permission to land at Diego Garcia*. No demands were
presented to Malaysian authorities, and there are more pleasant ways to
commit suicide.

Which leaves the *CIA as the most likely culprit*; Mossad being the
other possibility. Israeli submarines use Diego Garcia as a base.

The intelligence agency behind the hijack (CIA or Mossad) could have
*stored MH370 in a hangar, and disposed of it later*, after it faded
from public attention.

The only credible *motive* concerns*Freescale semiconductor technology*
- either cargo on its way to China, or the 20 employees en route *from
Malaysia to China*. Details of the cargo in the hold have not been released.

Blocking the *transfer of military technology to China* would be a
concern of the CIA, rather than Mossad, and in keeping with the
Pentagon's Air-Sea Battle plan.

Mossad's only credible motive would be the diversion of military
technology to Israel instead of China.

military buildup.* What's most troubling: It is *based largely on U.S.

On a hot Florida day late in 2005, Ko-Suen "Bill" Moo was preparing for
the endgame of a *covert operation* he'd been orchestrating for nearly
two years. He had arrived in Fort Lauderdale at 5 am on Nov. 7, as the
city was recovering from the onslaught of Hurricane Wilma two weeks
earlier. Moo checked into a $350-a-night room at the plush Harbor Beach
Marriott Resort & Spa, and now, a day after arriving in town, the
Korean-born businessman was ready to sign what promised to be a
lucrative contract. In a few days, he'd head back to Hollywood
International Airport to see off *a plane, chartered for $140,000 to
carry a special package*. Moo would catch a commercial flight and meet
up with his cargo in Shenyang, a city in northeastern China. The cargo
was costing him nearly $4 million, but it was worth it. He would clear
$1 million in profit once he made the delivery to *his clients, senior
officials in the Chinese People's Liberation Army*.

Moo's package was an F110-GE-129 *afterburning turbofan engine, built by
General Electric to powe*r America's latest *F-16* fighter jet to speeds
greater than Mach 2 (1500 mph). Over lunch in the Marriott's restaurant,
58-year-old Moo told the arms dealers who had arranged the purchase that
he would soon be looking for additional engines--or even an entire F-16.
But *what the Chinese army wanted most *of all *was *an AGM-129A, the
*U.S. Air Force's air-launched strategic nuclear-capable cruise
missile.* The stealth weapon, which flies at 800 miles per hour, can
deliver a 150-kiloton W80 warhead to a target 1800 miles away.

Like everything else Moo was shopping for, the missile is guarded by at
least three laws forbidding its sale or the transfer of its design
details to foreign countries without government permission. Moo knew
this quite well. *In addition to working as a covert agent for China, he
had a day job in the U.S. aerospace industry*. For more than 10 years
Moo had been an international sales consultant for Lockheed Martin and
other U.S. defense companies in Taiwan. He was arguably the Taiwanese
air force's most critical arms broker.

Scouring the Globe

According to U.S. counterintelligence agents, Bill Moo was one player in
a sprawling, decentralized network. "They are*scouring the globe on
behalf of the Chinese government, vacuuming up every shred of technology
*information or hardware they can get their hands on," says former FBI
officer Ed Appel. A press officer at the Chinese embassy in Washington,
D.C., calls that accusation "groundless," saying that "the Chinese
government does not have activities in espionage in the United States."
However, Appel and others say that *extensive Chinese spying* is
indicated by a sampling of cases that have recently come to light in the
United States.

South Korean arms dealer Kwonhwan Park was *sentenced* in August 2005
for *exporting Black Hawk helicopter engines and night vision equipment
to China*. Ting-Ih Hsu, a naturalized U.S. citizen, and Hai Lin Nee, a
Chinese citizen, illegally exported 25 *low-noise amplifier chips that
have applications in *the *Hellfire air-to-ground missiles* carried by
Apache and Cobra helicopters. New Jersey firms Manten Electronics and
Universal Technologies sold China millions of dollars' worth of
*restricted computer chips*. Eugene You-Tsai Hsu, a retiree living in
Blue Springs, Mo., tried to buy *a critical encryption device* tightly
controlled by the National Security Agency. Additional accused Chinese
operatives have been sent to prison in cases involving Generation III
*night vision equipment* and *computer chips used in advanced radar and
navigation systems*.

On December 2, 2016, President Obama issued an Executive Order *blocking
the acquisition o*f the U.S. business of *German semiconductor company*
Aixtron SE ("Aixtron") *by Chinese investor* Fujian Grand Chip
Investment Fund LP ("FGC"). The Executive Order directs the parties to
abandon the acquisition of Aixtron's U.S. subsidiary, Aixtron, Inc., in
the next 30 days. This marks only the third time that a U.S. President
has ordered a transaction blocked or unwound due to national security
concerns. The Committee on Foreign Investment in the United States
("CFIUS") investigated the transaction and found that the national
security risk presented by the transaction could not be addressed by
mitigation measures and recommended that the President prohibit the
transaction.

Most likely, MH370 was carrying sensitive technology, or patents or
know-how, and was hijacked by the CIA because no legal avenues were
available for blocking the transfer.

To prove this wrong, *Malaysian authorities should release full details
of the cargo* - in the hold, checked in and carried-on, *and of the
passengers connected to Freescale and other technology* companies.

was Director for Tescom in Tel Aviv Israel, and later Business Director
of Microsoft China.

Researchers on Malaysia Airlines flight MH370 rely heavily on Wikipedia
for its assumed neutrality.

Wikipedia has two webpages on MH370, one presenting the *official*
theory, and one presenting *unofficial *or conspiracy theories; the two
link to each other. The official one is at

In the past, the *unofficial* one, being edited by many people, at times
presented incriminating information. However, it no longer does so; it's
now written by the same people as the *official* one. The difference is
that, whereas the *official* one ignores conspiracy theories, the
*unofficial* one seeks to debunk them.

The current Wikipedia webpages, official and unofficial, make *no
mention of *the comments of *Emirates CEO Tim Clark, who said* he
believed*MH370 was hijacked, and that Government agencies were covering
up*. Emirates flies more 777s than any other airline.

When I checked it on January 28, 2017, I found that the unofficial
webpage not only omitted the most incriminating evidence, but favorably
quoted *Cass Sunstein*, a leading, government-appointed, debunker of
9/11 and other conspiracy theories. It *even included a photo of him*.
This is what it said:

'*Harvard professor Cass Sunstein* noted that the conflicting
information initially released by the Malaysian government explains the
interest in alternative theories. Sunstein, who has written on the

Sightings on the Maldives match the description of MH370, but there is a
time discrepancy. Witnesses gave the time as 6.30am Maldives time, which
is 9.30am Malaysia time, but it only takes 4 hours to reach the
Maldives. The plane should have arrived about 6.30am Malaysia time,
unless it landed somewhere else on the way.

MH370 kept flying for 5 hours after its last known location, proving
that mechanical failure was not the problem.

The Transponder and ACARS were turned off, proving conspiracy of some
kind. Either by one of the pilots, or by an intelligence agency taking
control of the plane and flying it remotely like a drone.

After its diversion, and without radar protection, the plane first flew
high, to avoid collision with other planes, then flew low to avoid
radar, as it doubled back and flew west over Malaysia. It successfully
dodged mountains, suggesting computer control.

The co-pilot attempted to make a distress call from his mobile phone, as
the plane neared the Penang mobile system towers at low altitude.

If it had crashed at sea, there would have been a huge debris field.
Given the worldwide interest, that would have been spotted. It wasn't -
so the plane landed somewhere; Diego Garcia is the most likely location.
There were no secheduled flights from Diego Garcia airport on March
8-10, 2014; flights resumed on March 11.

The only credible motive concerns Freescale semiconductor technology -
either cargo on its way to China, or the 20 employees en route from
Malaysia to China. Details of the cargo in the hold have not been released.

The intelligence agency behind the hijack (CIA or Mossad) could have
disposed of the plane later, after it faded from media interest.

Malaysian plane sent out engine data before vanishing

The missing Malaysia Airlines jet *sent at least two bursts of technical
data back to the airline* before it disappeared, New Scientist has
learned. The data may help investigators understand what went wrong with
the aircraft, no trace of which has yet been found.

To aid maintenance, most airlines use the Aircraft Communications
Addressing and Reporting System (*ACARS*), which automatically collates
and *files four technical reports during every flight* so that engineers
can spot problems. These reports are sent via VHF radio or satellite at
take-off, during the climb, at some point while cruising, and on landing.

Malaysia Airlines has not revealed if it has learned anything from ACARS
data, or if it has any. Its eleventh media statement since the plane
disappeared said&colon; “All Malaysia Airlines aircraft are equipped
with… ACARS which transmits data automatically. Nevertheless, there were
no distress calls and no information was relayed.”

This would suggest no concrete data is to hand. But New Scientist
understands that the maker of the missing *Boeing* 777’s Trent 800
engines, *Rolls Royce, received two data reports* from flight MH370 at
its global engine health monitoring centre *in Derby, UK, where it keeps
real-time tabs on its engines in use*. One was broadcast as MH370 took
off from Kuala Lumpur International Airport, the other during the 777’s
climb out towards Beijing.

As the engine data is filtered from a larger ACARS report covering all
the plane’s critical flight systems and avionics, it could mean the
airline has some useful clues about the condition of the aircraft prior
to its disappearance. The plane does not appear to have been cruising
long enough to issue any more ACARS reports. It *disappeared from radar
at 1.30 AM local time, halfway between Malaysia and Vietnam *over the
Gulf of Thailand.

Under International Civil Aviation Organisation rules, *such reports are
normally kept secret until air investigators need them.* ...

anonymous “Obama administration officials” as saying. The information is
in line with multiple reports this afternoon. The Post reports:

One senior administration official said the data showing the plane
engines running hours after contact was lost *came from the Aircraft
Communications Addressing and Reporting System, or ACARS*, a way that
planes maintain contact with ground stations through radio or satellite
signals. The official said Malaysian authorities shared the flight data
with the administration.

Flight MH370 *sent “signals to a satellite* for four hours after the
aircraft went missing,” the Associated Press quotes an unnamed US
official as saying:

The official said the *Boeing* 777-200 *wasn’t transmitting data to the
satellite, but sending out a signal to establish contact*. *Boeing*
offers a satellite service that can receive a stream of data during
flight on how the aircraft is functioning.

The official, who *spoke on condition of anonymity* because he wasn’t
authorized to speak publicly, said *MALAYSIA AIRLINES DIDN’T SUBSCRIBE
TO THAT SERVICE, BUT THE SYSTEM WAS AUTOMATICALLY PINGING THE SATELLITE
*anyway.

control based on signals from systems in the plane’s Roll-Royce engines.

The theory that the plane flew for hours is based on a signal coming
from a different system inside the plane – *a satellite-communication
link – and not the Rolls-Royce engines*, the Journal now reports. Here’s

quoting unnamed investigators as saying that MH370 continued to send
electronic signals after it lost contract with ground control. The
*Boeing* 777 was equipped with a*satellite-communication link* “designed
to automatically transmit the status of some onboard systems to the
ground,” the Journal reports:

Investigators are still working to fully understand the information,
according to one person briefed on the matter. The transmissions, this
person said, were comparable to the plane “saying I’m here, I’m ready to
send data.”

Here’s how Reuters explains the “pings”:

Communications satellites picked up faint electronic pulses from
Malaysian Airlines Flight 370 after it went missing on Saturday, but the
signals gave no indication about where the stray jet was heading nor its
technical condition, a source close to the investigation said on Thursday.

The “pings” equated to an indication that the aircraft’s maintenance
troubleshooting systems were ready to communicate with satellites if
needed, but no links were opened because Malaysia Airlines and others
had not subscribed to the full troubleshooting service, the source said.

The Wall Street Journal continues to build out its report, first
published this morning, that the plane flew for hours after

Eight days since the Malaysian Airlines flight MH370 disappeared
somewhere over southeast Asia, the last known details about the missing
Boeing 777 come from the onboard SATCOM system. [...]

Let’s see why.

ACARS

ACARS is the acronym for Aircraft Communications Addressing and
Reporting System. It’s an automated communication system used by
commercial planes to transmit and receive messages from ground
facilities (airline, maintenance department, aircraft or system
manufacturer, etc). Therefore, along with the general information about
the flight (callsign, speed, altitude, position, etc), these messages
may contain what we can consider systems health checks.

ACARS is a service: *airlines have to pay *for it. According to the
information available to date, it looks like*Malaysia Airlines
subscribed only to engine health monitoring* that *enabled MH370 to send
data to Rolls Royce.*

The *ACARS system aboard MH370 was switched off some minutes before the
transponder.*

ACARS rely on VHF frequencies (indeed, you can track planes and decode
messages with a simple radio receiver tuned on the proper ACARS
frequencies and a software running on your computer) or SATCOM
(SATellite COMmunication).

Although this is still debated, according to several pilots the ACARS
transmissions can be switched off by the pilot from inside the cockpit,
by disabling the use of VHF and SATCOM channels. This means that the
system is not completely switched off, but it can’t transmit to the
receiving stations.

SATCOM

SATCOM is a radio system that uses a constellation of satellites used to
trasmit voice, data or both. As said, *ACARS can make use of SATCOM *to
transmit its data to ground stations. Dealing with ACARS, the *SATCOM
system used by MH370 was linked to the INMARSAT network.*

making more informed decisions regarding operating an engine fleet
through acting on the best information available.

The evolution of EHM and the revolution in its use has significantly
reduced costs by preventing or delaying maintenance, as well as flagging
potentially costly technical problems. New assets will incorporate EHM
capability, and techniques will, where possible, be retro-fitted to
existing equipment.

Broader engineering disciplines can benefit from the data that is
collected. As operational profiles of technical performance are revealed
in ever more detail – from individual components to whole engines – so
engineers can develop more thorough and cost-effective maintenance
schedules, and designers can feed higher reliability features into the
engine products of the future.

SenseAcquireTransferAnalyseAct

A critical aspect of the EHM system is the*transfer of data from
aircraft to ground*. Aircraft Communications Addressing and Reporting
System (ACARS) digital data-link systems are used as the primary method
of communication. This *transmits the Aircraft Condition Monitoring
System (ACMS) reports via* a VHF radio or *satellite link whilst the
aircraft is in-flight.*

**

A worldwide ground network then transfers this data to the intended
destination. The positive aspect of this system is its robust nature and
ability to distribute information worldwide. However, the Airplane
Condition Monitoring Function (ACMF) reports are limited to 3kB, hence
the acquisition systems need to work within this limitation. Future
systems are being deployed to increase data volumes through wireless
data transmission as the aircraft approaches the gate after landing.
This will enable more data to be analysed, but will not be as immediate
as ACARS, where data can be assessed well before the aircraft lands again.

In the Defence business, the transfer of data is controlled by the
service requirement. Some EHM data requires a rapid in-theatre response;
some, such as fleet trends, has a more long-term aspect. Some of the
longer-term information can wait until the engines return to the UK,
although Rolls-Royce can still provide 24/7 support through a
combination of deployed service engineers and the Operations Centre in
Bristol.

Fariq Abdul *Hamid made a call from his mobile phone as the aircraft
flew low over the west coast of Malaysia*

The co-pilot of missing flight MH370 made a call from his mobile phone
while the aircraft flew low over the west coast of Malaysia, it was
revealed today as the U.S. denied reports the plane landed at a military
base on the remote island of Diego Garcia.

Investigators have learned that the call was made from Fariq Abdul
Hamid's mobile phone as the Boeing 777 *flew low near the island of
Penang*, on the north of Malaysia's west coast.

The New Straits Times reported the aircraft, with 239 people on board,
was *flying low enough for the nearest telecommunications tower to pick
up Fariq's signal.*

The call ended abrupty, however it has been learned that contact was
definitely established with a telecommunications sub-station in Penang
state.

The paper said it had been unable to ascertain who Fariq was trying to
call 'as sources chose not to divulge details of the investigation.'

It added: 'The telco's (telecommunications company's) tower established
the call that he was trying to make.

'On why the call was*cut off*, it was likely because the *aircraft was
fast moving away from the tower* and had not come under the coverage of
the next one,' the paper said, quoting 'sources'. [...]

Gibson, found pieces of MH370 around Madagascar and Reunion. He also
visited the Maldives, and wrote,

"After my recent visit to Kudahuvadhoo I am more convinced than ever of
the *credibility of these witnesses *and their sighting, and I
personally believe, but am not yet totally convinced, that they saw MH
370. *My original theory was that MH 370 encountered an emergency ... I
never believed before that MH 370 landed or was attempting to target
Diego Garcia* in a 9/11 style terror attack.

"However I cannot deny and must report the fact that*upon reaching
Kudahuvadhoo*, whatever that plane was, for whatever reason, made a
deliberate turn and *headed on a bearing in the direction of that
secretive military island*."

The tiny Indian Ocean island of Kuda Huvadhoo is the sleepy
fishing**community that the world forgot. Some of its villagers believe
an**aircraft they saw on the morning of March 8 last year could hold
the**key to modern aviation’s most confounding mystery — the
disappearance**of Malaysia Airlines flight MH370.**

**

Some of the locals on the 60ha of sand and coral in the Maldives
chain**do not understand why, after more than a year, *investigators
involved in the search for the Boeing 777 have not come to hear
first-hand *about the large, low-flying passenger jet they insist they
saw that**fateful morning.**

**

They wonder why the year-long search has not ventured here to listen**to
accounts from witnesses who were surprised by the
unidentified**aircraft. *Two told The Weekend Australian they could see
distinctive red and blue markings *— similar to the striping on the
missing plane**which was heading west towards the Maldives when last
spotted on radar**after departing Kuala Lumpur.**

**

Their suspicions are no match for the highly sophisticated**calculations
based on satellite connections with MH370, which have put**its likely
crash zone along an arc about 1800km southwest of Perth. [...]**

**

An interesting event on Kuda Huvadhoo is a small twin-prop sea
plane**swooping nearby. An unusual event is seeing the contrails of a
large**jet at high altitude — they seldom cross the southern atoll.
A**remarkable event, something the locals relate to us with the
intensity**of people who fear they are doubted, is watching a large
passenger**jet, like a Boeing 777, flying low about the time MH370 would
have**been close to running out of fuel.**

**

“I watched this very large plane bank slightly and I saw its colours
—**the *red and blue lines — below the windows*, then I heard the
loud**noise,’’ says Abdu Rasheed Ibrahim, 47, a court official and
the**-island’s keenest hobby fisherman, as he speaks of what he saw
from**the beach that morning. “It was unusual, very unusual. It was big
and**it was flying low. It was a holiday (Saturday) and most people
had**gone to bed after praying.”**

**

When he went home with his catch, a barracuda tied to his
bicycle’s**handlebars, Abdu spoke to other villagers about the strange,
large**aircraft. Some saw it. Others only heard it. They say they
were**talking about it hours before they knew MH370 had gone missing.
Later**that morning, at an extra-curricular class at school,
Humaam**Dhonmamk, 16, talked excitedly to Abdu’s daughter, Aisath
Zeeniya,**about seeing it — he also described the distinctive blue and
red**striping. It flew over as he took his clothes from the outside line.**

**

*"I saw the blue and red on a bit of the side,"* -Humaam says. “I *heard
the loud noise* of it after it went over. I told the police this
too.”*[...]*

**

*Several people we spoke to believe they saw MH370 about 6.30am (9.30am
in Malaysia) that day*.**

**

Zuhuriyya Ali, 49, who watched it from her home’s courtyard,
still**“feels strange when thinking about the people on it”. “I consider
it a**lot,’’ she says. “I am concerned there is a connection to the
Malaysia**plane.”**

**

Ahmed Shiyaam, 34, an *IT manage*r at the local medical clinic who
was**riding with his daughter, Uyoon, 6, along one of the island’s
sandy**paths that morning, stopped and looked up on March 8 last year —
*they had never seen such a large plane fly so low.*

**

“I’m very sure of what I saw on a very clear and bright day, and what**I
saw was not normal — the plane was very big, and low. I did not
know**until later that other people saw it too. I don’t know if it’s
the**Malaysia plane.”**

**

*Ahmed Ibrahim*, 40, who saw it from his garden, also described it to
us**in confident detail.**

**

“This was not a normal sight — the plane was different,’’ he says.
“It**was very big, very noisy, flying low. Later that afternoon on
the**beach I was told the news about the missing plane. I think this is
the**same flight.”**

**

Back on the exact spot where he was standing on March 8 last year
when**he saw the aircraft, Abdu Rasheed Ibrahim says: “First, I saw
the**plane flying towards me over water. When it was over my head I saw
it**starting to turn away. At first glance, I did not know it was
a**missing plane. I didn’t know that a plane was missing. I went
straight**home and told my wife about it. I told my family, ‘I saw this
strange**plane’. This is the biggest plane I have ever seen from this
island.**My family says, ‘It might be the Malaysian plane’. I have
seen**pictures of the missing plane — I believe that I saw that plane.
At**the time it was lost, I strongly felt those people who were
searching**should come here.”**

**

The *Weekend Australian spent three days interviewing locals, all of
whom described the incident in a similar way*. Six of the key
witnesses**we spoke to were interviewed last year by police at the
direction of**authorities in Male, and *each signed statements of their
versions*. A**senior source familiar with the police probe confirmed the
witness**accounts were regarded as truthful and consistent. The office
of the**new President in Male declined to comment; his immediate
predecessor**is languishing in a nearby prison.**

**

“These people were not seeking attention and they did not go to
the**police about it, the police went to them after hearing about
this,’’**the source says. “They are not dishonest and they have no
motive to**lie. They all told the police it was big, low and noisy. If
it was not**the missing plane, then which plane was it? We do not see
planes close**and low to Kuda -Huvadhoo. Nobody knows what has really
happened.”**

**

There were other reasons the people of Kuda Huvadhoo were*not taken
seriously*. The Maldives National Defence Force, responsible
for**guarding the security and sovereignty of the low-lying country,
issued**a statement in March last year ruling out any such aircraft
movement**over its air space. The locals were surprised and felt
humiliated.**Several of those we spoke to in Kuda Huvadhoo were
scornful, accusing**their defence chiefs of seeking to save face and not
wanting to admit**to their people or the world that the limitations of
Maldives radar**and other equipment could not detect such flights.**

**

Around this time, Malaysian authorities agreed that the
aircraft’s**“pings” — like breadcrumbs being left in a trail — meant
MH370 should**have crashed somewhere along one of two potential arcs.
The arcs are**in opposite hemispheres, but the most probable extended in
the Indian**Ocean west of Perth where vessels and aircraft are engaged
in a search**across a massive haystack for an infinitesimally small

The fruitless search has been called off, after Governments spent $200
million of OUR money.

It would have cost only $10,000 or so to send investigators to the
Maldives to check out eyewitness reports. But Governments chose not to,
replying on Inmarsat's faulty mathematics instead.

Journalists from Paris March and Rupert Murdock's The Australian did
later visit the Maldives, more than a year after the disappearance.
Government investigators never bothered.
