by Peter Myers, April 19, 2020
Yesterday, I reported searches I did at 25 news sites, mostly MSM, which
showed active suppression of Luc Montagnier's statements that Covid-19
was bred in a Lab.
Being such an eminent scientist, the one who discovered the HIV virus,
his assessment is of first-rate credibility. Yet his comments were
entirely ignored by the English-language MSM; in the French-language
media, he was rubbished as a "Conspiracy Theorist" and "Fake News".
Today I repeated the searches, beginning at 7.46am AEST today, Sun April
19, 2020, specifying "past 24 hours", and the results were the same.
I also checked Project Syndicate (owned by Gorge Soros), specifing time:
Past Week; the results were the same:
Your search - "Luc Montagnier" site:https://www.project-syndicate.org/
- did not match any documents.
It's as if there is a high-level council which decides what line to take
on important news stories, and nearly all media outlets fall into line.
I did find, however, that International Business Times SINGAPORE
(ibtimes.sg) reported the story, whereas ibtimes.com did not.
Further, I found that The Sunday Times of London reported it. And the
Daily Mail ran a related story; both of these reports are included below.
To be more specific, Globalist media sites (e.g. NYT, BBC, The Guardian,
Reuters, The Economist, Project Syndicate) are consistently suppressing
this story, whereas a few anti-Globalist sites are covering it, despite
mixed messages.
But the main way the story is leaking, is via numerous small websites,
as the Lilliputtians overcame Gulliver.
This is the biggest Cover-up in world history, the one that impacts all
people in the world, and is destroying nearly all economies.
How will the people of the world react when they discover that our
'leaders' and news media are complicit?
At issue is the question, will Globalization proceed?
The former head of the Bank of Japan says that it must go ahead. China
is pressing the EU to continue letting it invest there, i.e. buying Tech
assets. Australia has blocked foreign investment (here, China wants to
buy farms and mines).
When Trump rejected the Trans-Pacific Partnership, the other 11
countries decided to proceed (meaning, the leaders did), forming the
TPP-11. I believe that it has not yet been ratified, but our leaders
will continue unless we stop them.
The text of the TPP Treaty will not be released until it is all stitched
up and signed; so much for Democracy.
Further, if Biden wins the US election, he will join up too, and the TPP
will go ahead. TTIP for Europe, too. This is the sleeper issue, which
the MSM has kept quiet about.
(2) Luc Montagnier says on TV: COVID19 was engineered, laced with parts
of HIV; authorities tried to keep it quiet
These comments come from Francis Pouliot, at ibtimes.sg (Singapore), not
ibtimes.com, which has suppressed the story:
@francispouliot_: Holy shit. French virologist, Nobel prize winner for
discovery of the HIV virus, just went on TV to reveal there is proof
that #COVID19 was engineeried and artificially laced with parts of the
HIV virus (not natural) and authorities tried to keep it quiet

An "incredible" discovery. This is how is presented the very media
intervention of Professor Luc Montagnier in a podcast published by the
site Pourquoidocteur.fr , this Thursday. According to this scientist,
now retired but recognized by a Nobel Prize in medicine in 2008, the
Covid-19 disease virus is of human origin. It would have been created in
a Chinese laboratory in Wuhan: a proven hypothesis, assures Professor
Montagnier, by several established facts.
But these words repeated this Friday on the air of Cnews challenge, even
bristle, several members of the scientific community joined by us.
Links between the Covid-19 virus and the AIDS virus?
Based on a study published by "his" mathematician Jean-Claude Pérez, who
"delved into the smallest details of the sequence" of the virus,
Professor Montagnier argues that SARS-CoV-2 contains "sequences of a
another virus which is HIV, the AIDS virus ". He adds that a "group of
Indian researchers tried to publish an analysis" of the same type and
that it was withdrawn "under enormous pressure".
But "the study of Indian biomathematicians was quickly invalidated by
other work which, by looking at the computer study of the genome, proved
that there was no HIV sequence", recalls Anne Goffard, virologist and
teacher at the Faculty of Pharmacy in Lille. The study in question was
also withdrawn by the authors themselves after "the comments received
from the research community on their technical approach and their
interpretation of the results", can we read on the site BioRxiv , host
of the publication.
Concerning the mathematical study provided by Jean-Claude Pérez ,
Étienne Decroly, CNRS researcher at the Architecture laboratory develops
an analogy: "The sequence of a virus corresponds to 30 pages of a book.
We scientists have tools to try to determine if a paragraph from this
book has ever existed in another book. We have the sequences of all
known viruses available. As for similarities with HIV, it is as if the
word hat appeared four times in two different books. We can, by chance,
have sequences that look alike without demonstrating intentional
modifications ".
A human creation? According to Professor Montagnier, the supposed links
between the Covid-19 and HIV viruses prove one thing: the current
coronavirus is a creation emanating from a laboratory. When contacted,
Jean-Claude Pérez wanted to be assertive: "This is the work of a
watchmaker's precision. The presence of pieces of HIV cannot be natural ".
Professor Montagnier also claims, the creation would even have been done
in the laboratory of Wuhan, epicenter city of this pandemic. This
laboratory does exist. In 2017, the journal Nature mentioned its very
secure installation, by reporting that after studying a virus
transmitted by ticks, Chinese researchers could then take an interest in
those responsible for SARS (virus also from the Coronavirus family ) and
Ebola. But nothing about HIV.
And even if work on HIV would have been carried out there, "they are
excellent teams of researchers, who published articles of very high
level, underlines the virologist Anne Goffard, It should not be taken
for idiots and imagine that they play sorcerer's apprentices in their
laboratories. "

Sources tell Fox News that the belief is now is that the coronavirus
originated in a Wuhan lab, not as a bio weapon, but as China's effort to
find and deal with viruses.

EXCLUSIVE: There is increasing confidence that COVID-19 likely
originated in a Wuhan laboratory not as a bioweapon, but as part of
China's effort to demonstrate that its efforts to identify and combat
viruses are equal to or greater than the capabilities of the United
States, multiple sources who have been briefed on the details of early
actions by China's government and seen relevant materials tell Fox News.
This may be the "costliest government coverup of all time," one of the

Curse of the 'Bat Woman' — what went on in Wuhan lab?
As America puts the screws on Beijing, there is closer scrutiny of
claims that the coronavirus leaked from a research centre
China's "bat woman" was attending a conference with colleagues in
Shanghai in late December when an urgent phone call came from her boss
at the Wuhan Institute of Virology.
People were falling sick from a mysterious new virus just a few miles
from the institute. And Shi Zhengli, who had earned her nickname for her
virus-hunting expeditions to bat caves, was summoned back to the central
Chinese city to lead the laboratory's investigations of samples taken
from patients.
Momentum is now growing behind a theory that the laboratory itself — an
internationally renowned centre of research — was the source of the
coronavirus pandemic that has since claimed more than 150,000 lives and
crippled the world economy.
That was what Shi reportedly feared, and US intelligence agencies are
investigating while the Trump administration puts the screws on China.
But what is the evidence? Is this another Chinese cover-up — or
politicised "baloney" as one top US reseacher claims?
Shi is an acclaimed virologist who headed the team that traced the
source of the lethal outbreak of Sars — another coronavirus — to
horseshoe bats in southern China in 2002-03. She was a joint author of a
research paper that warned last year that it was "highly likely" that
future coronavirus outbreaks would originate from bats, and an
"increased probability" that this would occur in China.
Within eight days of her return from Shanghai to Wuhan in December, her
team concluded that the new disease sweeping the city was indeed almost
certainly a new bat coronavirus. But Shi was surprised that the cases
had emerged so far from the bats' usual habitat in China's subtropical
south. In comments published by Scientific American magazine, she
recalled a nagging fear: "Could they have come from our lab?"
Shi, who developed one of the world's largest databases of bat-related
viruses, frantically pored over the records at the institute. She was
checking for any mishandling of experimental materials from bat virus
research, especially during disposal, Scientific American reported in an
article about her work last month. And she breathed a "sigh of relief"
when the results showed that the sequencing of the new infections did
not match those of the viruses her team had sampled. "That really took a
load off my mind," she said. "I had not slept a wink for days."
Since those early days, though, speculation that the Wuhan institute,
which houses China's top biosafety laboratory, could have been the
source of the outbreak has swirled online.
It was long dismissed as an internet conspiracy theory. But amid the US
and Chinese blame game over the handling of the pandemic, the scenario
was pushed to centre stage last week by hawks close to Donald Trump,
with the fans flamed by the president.
The possibility of a laboratory leak has also been discussed at the
highest levels of the British government. Earlier this month a senior
government adviser described it as "credible" and said "it is not
discounted".
The leading theory among scientists remains that the virus spread to
humans from bat-infected animals at Wuhan's now-infamous wildlife
market. But findings published in The Lancet medical journal gave some
cause for doubt.
According to that study, 14 of the first 41 confirmed infected patients
had no direct exposure to the market. For some experts, this suggested
that even if the market had a significant role in transmission it may
not have been the source.
Tom Cotton, a Republican senator, has been raising questions for months.
"We don't know where it originated and we have to get to the bottom of
that," he said. "We also know that just a few miles away from that food
market is China's only biosafety level-four super-laboratory that
researches human infectious diseases."
By now the theory that the virus may have leaked from the laboratory by
human error, infecting a worker who would have been "patient zero", has
become common currency among China hawks.
It gained added credence last week when it was revealed that in 2018, US
embassy officials in China sent warnings back to Washington about the
Wuhan Institute of Virology.
In two diplomatic cables, US officials who visited the facility and met
Shi expressed concerns about safety and management weaknesses at the
laboratory, according to The Washington Post. One cable warned that the
research into bat coronaviruses and their potential for human
transmission could cause a new Sars-like epidemic.
Another piece of circumstantial evidence on the desks of Trump's
national security analysts is a paper published in February by two
Chinese researchers, who said the virus "probably originated from a
laboratory in Wuhan". The authors later withdrew it, saying they did not
have evidence for the theories, but the claims entered the public domain.
Evidence of the Chinese Communist Party's attempts to cover-up the
outbreak at the early stages, even as Shi and her colleagues were
investigating its origins, has further compounded suspicions.
In the latest revelation, internal party documents seen by the
Associated Press disclosed that China's leaders delayed warning the
public for at least six days after secretly determining that the country
was facing an epidemic.
On January 14, Ma Xiaowei, the top health official, laid out the grim
assessment to provincial cadres, delivering unspecified instructions
from President Xi Jinping. It was only on January 20 that Xi alerted the
Chinese people to the dangers of the highly contagious disease. During
the six-day public silence, more than 3,000 people had been infected and
millions had travelled ahead of the lunar new year holiday.
Such secrecy explains why scepticism greeted an announcement by Beijing
on Friday increasing Wuhan's official Covid-19 death toll by a
suspiciously precise 50% — from 2,579 to 3,869. Chinese officials
insisted that the new figures reflected a more accurate count now that
the epidemic had eased, not an earlier effort to conceal the severity of
the crisis.
Many believe, however, that the figure is still way too low — and that
cover-ups possibly included an accidental leak from Shi's laboratory.
"We're not suggesting that the Chinese had sinister intent, but that
they might have screwed up," said one Republican national security aide.
"It's perfectly possible the lab got sloppy and something got out. We
know that the Chinese have been engaged in a more general cover-up over
the pandemic, destroying evidence, cracking down on whistleblowers. Is
it not reasonable then to ask about the origins of the virus, given
there was a lab in Wuhan studying bat coronaviruses?"
In a press briefing, Trump was asked whether he thought the virus
originated in a lab. He responded: "I don't want to say that . . . but I
will tell you more and more, we're hearing the story. We are doing a
very thorough examination of this horrible situation."
Peter Daszak, president of EcoHealth Alliance, a US research
organisation, who has worked with Shi and her institute for 15 years, is
scathing about the lab accident theory. "The idea that this virus
escaped from the laboratory is pure baloney," he told the Democracy Now!
TV network.
Daszak said he had collected bat samples with Chinese colleagues — "some
of the best scientists in the world" — and that the Wuhan laboratory did
not house the culture of bat viruses but rather their genetic
sequencing. "It's a politicisation of the origins of a pandemic and
that's really unfortunate," he added.
Shi herself strongly rejects what she calls "tinfoil-hat" theories. "The
novel 2019 coronavirus is nature punishing the human race for keeping
uncivilised living habits," she told the Caixin website. "I swear on my
life that it has nothing to do with our laboratory."
But other scientists are open to the idea that the virus might have
originated in the lab, not a wildlife market. Richard Ebright, professor
of chemical biology at Rutgers University, told The Washington Post that
it was "at least as probable" the virus came from a laboratory accident
as from outside the facility.
Luc Montagnier, a French scientist who shared a Nobel prize as the
co-discoverer of the HIV virus, also weighed in. No stranger to
scientific furores, he claimed in an interview that the new virus was
released accidentally from the laboratory by scientists working on an
Aids vaccine.
In an election year, Trump undoubtedly has a strong political incentive
to pin the blame for America's initially lacklustre response to the
pandemic on external sources.
One is the World Health Organisation, the UN body whose funding he
suspended last week. Another is China, with whom relations plummeted
further last week after a new State Department report suggested that
Beijing might have conducted secret nuclear tests.
Mike Pompeo, his secretary of state, ramped up the pressure on Friday,
telling the radio show host Hugh Hewitt: "We are still asking the
Chinese Communist Party to allow experts to get into that virology lab
so that we can determine precisely where this virus began.
"We don't know the answer to the question about the precise origination
point," Pompeo said. "But we do know this: We know that the first
sightings of this occurred within miles of the Wuhan Institute of
Virology . . . where there's high-end virus research being conducted."
He continued: "We know that the Chinese Communist Party, when it began
to evaluate what to do inside of Wuhan, considered whether the
[institute] was in fact the place where this came from. And most
importantly, we know that they've not permitted the world's scientists
to go into that laboratory to evaluate what took place there, what's
happening there, what's happening there even as we speak, Hugh, even as
we're on the show this morning. We still have not had western access to
that facility so that we can properly evaluate what really has taken off
all across the world and how that began.
"Those are facts, and those are important facts," Pompeo added. "And the
Chinese Communist Party and the World Health Organisation have a
responsibility to the world to take those facts and take them to their
logical conclusion and find out these answers, these important answers.
These aren't political. This is about science and health, and we need to
get to the bottom of it."
The claims about the lab might be hotly disputed, but they have
resonance with many Americans. According to a Pew Research poll, only
43% think the virus came about naturally, while a sizeable 29% believe
it was made in a laboratory.
Beijing has repeatedly argued that there is no proof that the
coronavirus originated on Chinese soil, even promoting an outlandish
theory that American soldiers might have brought Covid-19 to China
during a military sports competition. But until irrefutable evidence of
the source of the virus emerges, the rest of the world, not least Trump,
will continue to ask questions.
(6) Re Conspiracy Theories, NYT says "If the claims are seen as taboo,

Why Coronavirus Conspiracy Theories Flourish. And Why It Matters.
By Max Fisher
April 8, 2020
The coronavirus has given rise to a flood of conspiracy theories,
disinformation and propaganda, eroding public trust and undermining
health officials in ways that could elongate and even outlast the pandemic.
Claims that the virus is a foreign bioweapon, a partisan invention or
part of a plot to re-engineer the population have replaced a mindless
virus with more familiar, comprehensible villains. Each claim seems to
give a senseless tragedy some degree of meaning, however dark.
Rumors of secret cures — diluted bleach, turning off your electronics,
bananas — promise hope of protection from a threat that not even world
leaders can escape. [...]
Widely shared, Instagram posts falsely suggested that the coronavirus
was planned by Bill Gates on behalf of pharmaceutical companies. [...]
If the claims are seen as taboo, all the better. [...]
Comment (Peter M.): Declaring all conspiracy theories 'taboo' is a role
of the Ministry of Truth, which the MSM have appropriated to themselves.
The examples given in the above NYT article are the more irrational
theories; they ignore the rational ones, as expressed by Luc Montagnier.

MSF cancels rescue partnership, accuses EU of fostering crisis at sea

The French NGO Médecins Sans Frontières (Doctors Without Borders) says
it's ended its migrant rescue partnership with fellow charity SOS
Méditerranée amid a disagreement over European port security – telling
EU members the coronavirus is not an excuse to neglect the human rights
of migrants at sea.
Despite saving some 30,000 migrants in the Mediterranean over the past
four years, the alliance between the two organisations has become a
casualty of the Covid-19 crisis.
"As an emergency medical humanitarian organisation responding to the
pandemic in Europe and beyond, MSF understands the serious challenges
presented by Covid-19," MSF Operations Manager, Annemarie Loof said in a
statement released on Friday.
"MSF is concerned that states are instrumentalising outbreak control
measures to justify the violation of international law and humanitarian
principles, leaving the most vulnerable to die at Europe’s borders."
However SOS Méditerranée, which runs the rescue ship Ocean Viking, says
it "cannot take the risk of going back to sea when all the lights are
red". The vessel will stay docked at its base in Marseille until further
notice.
SOS Méditerranée director Sophie Beau said she hoped the mission would
get back on track as soon as possible, when further assurance from
states regarding safe places to disembark was forthcoming.
"The safety conditions are not up to standard for the crews nor for the
migrants themselves," she said, adding that the Covid-19 pandemic meant
medical evacuations would become extremely dangerous.

MSF points to several incidents over the Easter weekend in which
European countries were accused of jeopardising rescue missions that

(9) Fauci's NIAID Funded Wuhan Lab Scientists To Research Bat Coronavirus
Fauci's NIAID Funded Wuhan Lab Scientists To Research Bat Coronavirus
by Patrick Howley
April 13, 2020
Dr. Anthony Fauci's National Institute of Allergy and Infectious
Diseases (NIAID) actually funded a study on Bat Coronavirus, which was a
project that included scientists at the Wuhan Institute of Virology, the
Chinese lab at the center of controversy over their bat research. That
study confirmed in 2018 that humans have died from coronavirus.
Here's an excerpt from the April 4, 2018 NIAID website entry entitled
"New Coronavirus Emerges From Bats in China, Devastates Young Swine":
"A newly identified coronavirus that killed nearly 25,000 piglets in
2016-17 in China emerged from horseshoe bats near the origin of the
severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus (SARS-CoV), which emerged
in 2002 in the same bat species. The new virus is named swine acute
diarrhea syndrome coronavirus (SADS-CoV). It does not appear to infect
people, unlike SARS-CoV which infected more than 8,000 people and killed
774. No SARS-CoV cases have been identified since 2004. The study
investigators identified SADS-CoV on four pig farms in China's Guangdong
Province. The work was a collaboration among scientists from EcoHealth
Alliance, Duke-NUS Medical School, Wuhan Institute of Virology and other
organizations, and was funded by the National Institute of Allergy and
Infectious Diseases, part of the National Institutes of Health. The
research is published in the journal Nature. The researchers say the
finding is an important reminder that identifying new viruses in animals
and quickly determining their potential to infect people is a key way to
reduce global health threats."
Additionally, the Daily Mail reported that National Institutes of
Health, of which Fauci's NIAID is a member, provided a $3.7 million
grant to the Wuhan Institute of Virology to study bat-borne coronavirus.
That study was headlined, ‘Discovery of a rich gene pool of bat
SARS-related coronaviruses provides new insights into the origin of SARS
coronavirus.'

The Chinese laboratory at the center of scrutiny over a potential
coronavirus leak has been using U.S. government money to carry out
research on bats from the caves which scientists believe are the
original source of the deadly outbreak.
The Wuhan Institute of Virology undertook coronavirus experiments on
mammals captured more than 1,000 miles away in Yunnan which were funded
by a $3.7 million grant from the US government.
Sequencing of the COVID-19 genome has traced it back to bats found in
Yunnan caves but it was first thought to have transferred to humans at
an animal market in Wuhan.
The revelation that the Wuhan Institute was experimenting on bats from
the area already known to be the source of COVID-19 - and doing so with
American money - has sparked further fears that the lab, and not the
market, is the original outbreak source.
Lawmakers and pressure groups were quick to hit out at U.S. funding
being provided for the 'dangerous and cruel animal experiments at the
Wuhan Institute'.
US Congressman Matt Gaetz said: 'I'm disgusted to learn that for years
the US government has been funding dangerous and cruel animal
experiments at the Wuhan Institute, which may have contributed to the
global spread of coronavirus, and research at other labs in China that
have virtually no oversight from US authorities.'
On Saturday, Anthony Bellotti, president of the US pressure group White
Coat Waste, condemned his government for spending tax dollars in China,
adding: 'Animals infected with viruses or otherwise sickened and abused
in Chinese labs reportedly may be sold to wet markets for consumption
once experiments are done.' [...]

Thanks Peter; really appreciate the article on Gates and the Microchip

Hopefully now that Trump has defunded the WHO somewhat, if only
temporarily, that will slow down the global agenda (Agenda 21, etc.) or
forestall it altogether, unless he's coerced and connived into refunding
it. Hard to know at this point, but shining the light on this is the
best disinfectant, as you do so well.

(14) Bill Gates may have funded research at Wuhan Lab
From: "Liliana_Dumitrescu" <marquisdeart@embarqmail.com>
Jesse Morrell
20 hrs
I've been emailing with a UK Journalist who contacted me about the Wuhan
Lab, Bill Gates, etc. This was my latest email:
I happened to buy the book "The Coronavirus Prevention Handbook" by Wang
Zhou, MD the other day. And when I opened it up, it said that Dr Zhou
was the "principal investigator, research projects funded by the
National Institute of Health (US), the Bill & Melinda Gates
Foundation...." Since this is a book on coronavirus, published by the
Wuhan Center for Disease Control and Prevention in February 2020, it
made me wonder if this means Bill Gates did fund coronavirus research
directly through Dr Zhou.
I tried to find some more information on Dr Zhou and the research the
Gates funded for him and that let me to some other interesting people
and their research and connections.
Linfa Wang is on the committee for the Wuhan Institute of Virology:
Lin-Fa Wang researched coronavirus bats:
Linfa Wang is doing vaccine development for Covid19:
Linfa Wang is also a member of WHO Covid19 Expert Group:
And Bill Gates is the biggest supporter of the WHO, as I'm sure you
know. He gives hundreds of millions a year and Laura Ingram broke the
news last night that the WHO didn't want to label this a pandemic at
first but Gates wanted them to. Then, the day after Gates donated
another 50 million, the WHO declared the pandemic. Laura also reported
that Gates funded the modelers who were way off on this pandemic,
estimating the mortality rate and death toll to be much much higher than
reality.
Gates has clearer and clear ties into the Wuhan lab, as the lab was part
of a much larger network of groups within an Industry that Gates is all
over.
It seems to me that Gates is just all over the Vaccine Industry and
Virus research. He donates all over this industry. All these people are
interconnected. Money flows from one institution to another. Gates
donated to the Wuhan lab. Gates donated to the WHO. Gates donates to the
NIH. Gates donates to Vaccines.
And so the same people who contributed to the origin of this virus are
now the same ones working on the vaccine. Nefarious motives, I don't
know. I don't trust Communist China. I don't trust Communists at all.
Their goal, it is no secret, is to destroy and overthrow Capitalism and
establish Global Communism. I don't know if the Communists were working
on a bioweapon or if they released the virus intentionally. I'll let the
real investigations determine that.
But it is clear to me that the same exact people who appear to be
involved in the origin of this pandemic, by studying these bats and
their viruses in their labs, are now the same exact people who are
pushing for Global Vaccination and are working towards that end.
This Global Pandemic could simply be the greatest failure of the Vaccine
Industry, as one of their labs was unsafe and caused this. And the Wuhan
Lab also handles Ebola. There are no international rules regulating bio
labs. But the government cable reported the Wuhan lab as unsafe back in
2018, yet the financial support continued. That is gross negligence that
resulted in a global pandemic and mass death.

PS. And yes, Gates started the Coalition for Epidemic Preparedness
Innovations for vaccines and CEPI seems to have a policy to give up
control of the patents to the funded pharma companies CEPI works with.
So Gates Big Pharma partners seem to be posed to make a fortune off the
Global injection of the covid19 vaccine that Gates is developing.
Essentially, the same industry the financed this dangerous lab will now
benefit from the disaster it caused. And I say, if the vaccine comes
from anyone that helped finance this lab, knowing it was unsafe, that
vaccine should not be patented at all and should be made public in
reparation to the public.
