Hello Peter,

I once interviewed Madsen but over the years I had doubts about some of
his information so take what he says with many grains of salt. There are
more questions than answers about 9-11, the biggest conspiracy theory
being the official narrative put out by the government. I have been more
interested in the WTC than the Pentagon hit where there seems to have
been no visual evidence that it was a hit by a plane. I learned not long
ago that the cameras on the freeways that day which ordinarily would be
on the Pentagon were all turned away that day--this info came through a
close friend from some state official who thought that this was curious.
Re the WTC, there is no question in my mind about Mossad being involved
but it simply could not have carried it out without cooperation at the
highest level of the Cheney White House.

Funny, but I remember seeing, over and over, two of the alleged
hijackers passing through the doors at Logan Airport, but never seeing
the rest of them which would be suspicious because if they had been at
the airport(s), there would have been photos of all of them. My friend,
Ron Bleir, argues that there were no planes.

U.S. Ships More Air Defense Systems That Do Not Work To Saudi Arabia

The Washington Post notices Russia's offer to sell its air defense
systems to Saudi Arabia. It does not like that ...

Some 5,000 additional workers are now racing to repair the damage. It
will still take weeks if not months to get everything up and running again.

Saudi Arabia had to delay oil deliveries to Asian customers. Some will
receive heavy oil grades instead of the light sweet crude they ordered.
Deliveries to Bahrain were halted completely. Deliveries to Saudi
refineries were cut. Saudi Arabia bought additional gasoline and
kerosene from the international markets as its own refineries received
less crude oil than needed. Saudi citizens report of a lack of gasoline
and a video show long queues in front of a local gas station.

The air defenses surrounding Abqaiq proved to be ineffective. That may
have been because they were shut off. But it is doubtful that the
systems, even if it had been on alert, would have made any difference.

The U.S. made Patriot system in question was built as an air defense
system against fighter jets. It was later upgraded to give it some
capability against ballistic missiles. But even its latest iteration is
not capable of defeating smaller drones or low flying cruise missiles.

While the Washington Post writer recognizes that the Patriot system can
cover only one third of the horizon and fails to detect smaller low
flying objects he still asserts that it is better than the systems
Russia makes ...

The Patriot system does not work. It is one of those typical U.S. big
ticket items that enrich the owners of the defense industry but are of
little combat value.

The U.S. is now sending more soldiers to Saudi Arabia with more Patriot
systems and additional Terminal High Attitude Aera Defense, or THAAD,
systems. Neither of these can protect against drones or cruise missiles
like those that were used in the attack on Abqaiq. The whole operation
is useless security theater.

When the U.S. attacked Syria with 105 cruise missiles the Russian
equipped Syrian army managed to shot down 71 of them. The cruise
missiles that got through were aimed at undefended targets.

The Russian base in Syria was attacked several times by swarms of
drones. All were taken down by either electronic countermeasures or by
short range air defense systems. The long range S-400 have not engaged
because there was no situation yet where they were needed.

What Saudi Arabia needs is a layered defense systems similar to the one
Syria deploys. It requires point defense systems like Pantsyr-S1 and
medium range defense systems like the BUK-2. Long range defense systems
like the S-400 can be added to protect against high flying bombers and
against ballistic missiles. Electronic countermeasure like the Krasuha-4
system can be added to suppress radio commanded missiles and drones.

No western country can provide such a modern layered system. If the
Saudis really want to defend their country they will have to buy the
Russian stuff. But the U.S. is unlikely to allow that.

That makes it more likely that the Saudis will accept the ceasefire the
Yemeni Houthi just offered to them (machine translation):

Here we go again! Israel is caught red handed spying against the United
States and everyone in Congress is silent, as are nearly all the
mainstream media which failed to report the story. And the federal
government itself, quick to persecute a Russian woman who tried to join
the NRA, concedes that the White House and Justice Department have done
absolutely nothing to either rebuke or punish the Israeli perpetrators.
One senior intelligence official commented that "I’m not aware of any
accountability at all."

Only President Donald Trump, predictably, had something so say in his
usual personalized fashion, which was that the report was "hard to
believe," that "I don’t think the Israelis were spying on us. My
relationship with Israel has been great…Anything is possible but I don’t
believe it."

Ironically, the placement of technical surveillance devices by Israel
was clearly intended to target cellphone communications to and from the
Trump White House. As the president frequently chats with top aides and
friends on non-secure phones, the operation sought to pick up
conversations involving Trump with the expectation that the
security-averse president would say things off the record that might be
considered top secret.

The Politico report, which is sourced to top intelligence and security
officials, details how "miniature surveillance devices" referred to as
"Stingrays" imitate regular cell phone towers to fool phones being used
nearby into providing information on their locations and identities.
According to the article, the devices are referred to by technicians as
"international mobile subscriber identity-catchers or IMSI-catchers,
they also can capture the contents of calls and data use."

Over one year ago, government security agencies discovered the
electronic footprints that indicated the presence of the surveillance
devices around Washington including near the White House. Forensic
analysis involved dismantling the devices to let them "tell you a little
about their history, where the parts and pieces come from, how old are
they, who had access to them, and that will help get you to what the
origins are." One source observed afterwards that "It was pretty clear
that the Israelis were responsible."

The Israeli Embassy denied any involvement in the espionage and Prime
Minister Benjamin Netanyahu adroitly and predictably lied regarding the
report, saying "We have a directive, I have a directive: No intelligence
work in the United States, no spies. And it’s vigorously implemented,
without any exception. It is a complete fabrication, a complete
fabrication."

The Israelis are characteristically extremely aggressive in their
intelligence gathering operations, particularly in targeting the United
States, even though Trump has done the Netanyahu government many favors.
These have included moving the U.S. Embassy to Jerusalem, withdrawing
from the nuclear deal and sanctioning Iran, recognizing Israeli
sovereignty over the Golan Heights, and looking the other way as Israel
expands its settlements and regularly bombs Syria and Lebanon.

Israel’s high-risk spying is legendary, but the notion that it is
particularly good at it is, like everything having to do with the Jewish
state, much overrated. Mossad has been caught in flagrante numerous
times. In 2010, an undercover Mossad hit team was caught on 30 minutes
of surveillance video as it wandered through a luxury Dubai hotel where
it had gone to kill a leading Hamas official. And the notion that Mossad
and CIA work hand-in-hand is also a fiction. Working level Agency
officers dislike their reckless Mossad counterparts. Newsweek magazine’s
"Spy Talk" once cited a poll of CIA officers that ranked Israel "dead
last" among friendly countries in actual intelligence cooperation with
Washington.

The fact is that Israel conducts espionage and influence operations
against the United States more aggressively than any other "friendly"
country, including tapping White House phones used by Bill Clinton to
speak with Monica Lewinski. Israeli "experts" regularly provide alarmist
and inaccurate private briefings for American Senators on Capitol Hill.
Israel also constantly manufactures pretexts to draw the U.S. into new
conflicts in the Middle East, starting with the Lavon Affair in
Alexandria Egypt in 1954 and including the false flag attack on the
U.S.S. Liberty in 1967. In short, Israel has no reluctance to use its
enormous political and media clout in the U.S. to pressure successive
administrations to conform to its own foreign and security policy views.

The persistent spying, no matter what Netanyahu claims, is a very good
reason why Israel should not receive billions of dollars in military
assistance annually. Starting in 1957, Israel’s friends stole enriched
uranium from a Pennsylvania refinery to create a nuclear arsenal. More
recently we have learned how Arnon Milchan, a Hollywood
producer/billionaire born in Israel, arranged the illegal purchase of
800 krytron triggers to use in the production of nuclear weapons. The
operation also involved current Israeli Prime Minister Netanyahu.

The existence of a large scale Israeli spying effort at the time of 9/11
has been widely reported, incorporating Israeli companies in New Jersey
and Florida as well as hundreds of "art students" nationwide. Five
"dancing" Israelis from one of the companies were observed celebrating
against the backdrop of the twin towers going down.

While it is often observed that everyone spies on everyone else,
espionage is a high-risk business, particularly when spying on friends.
Israel, relying on Washington for billions of dollars and also for
political cover in international fora like the United Nations, does not
spy discreetly, largely because it knows that few in Washington will
seek to hold it accountable. There were, for example, no consequences
for the Israelis when Israeli Mossad intelligence officers using U.S.
passports and pretending to be Americans recruited terrorists to carry
out attacks inside Iran. Israelis using U.S. passports in that fashion
put every American traveler at risk.

Israel, where government and business work hand in hand, has obtained
significant advantage by systematically stealing American technology
with both military and civilian applications. The U.S. developed
technology is then reverse engineered and used by the Israelis to
support their own exports. Sometimes, when the technology is military in
nature and winds up in the hands of an adversary, the consequences can
be serious. Israel has sold advanced weapons systems to China that
incorporate technology developed by American companies.

The reality of Israeli large-scale spying in the United States is
indisputable. One might cite Jonathan Pollard, who stole more highly
classified information than any spy in history. And then there were
Ben-Ami Kadish, Stuart Nozette and Larry Franklin, other spies for
Israel who have been caught and tried, but they are only the tip of the
iceberg. Israel always features prominently in the annual FBI report
called "Foreign Economic Collection and Industrial Espionage." The 2005
report states "Israel has an active program to gather proprietary
information within the United States. These collection activities are
primarily directed at obtaining information on military systems and
advanced computing applications that can be used in Israel’s sizable
armaments industry." It adds that Israel recruits spies, uses electronic
methods, and carries out computer intrusion to gain the information.

A 1996 Defense Investigative Service report noted that Israel has great
success stealing technology by exploiting the numerous co-production
projects that it has with the Pentagon. It says "Placing Israeli
nationals in key industries …is a technique utilized with great
success." A General Accounting Office (GAO) examination of espionage
directed against American defense and security industries described how
Israeli citizens residing in the U.S. had stolen sensitive technology to
manufacture artillery gun tubes, obtained classified plans for
reconnaissance systems, and passed sensitive aerospace designs to
unauthorized users.

The GAO has concluded that Israel "conducts the most aggressive
espionage operation against the United States of any U.S. ally." In June
2006, a Pentagon administrative judge ruled against a difficult to even
imagine appeal by an Israeli denied a security clearance, saying that
"The Israeli government is actively engaged in military and industrial
espionage in the United States." FBI counter intelligence officer John
Cole has also reported how many cases of Israeli espionage are dropped
under orders from the Justice Department., making the Jewish state’s
spying consequence free. He provides a "conservative estimate" of 125
viable investigations into Israeli espionage involving both American
citizens and Israelis that were stopped due to political pressure.

So, did Israel really spy on Donald Trump? Sure it did. And Netanyahu
is, metaphorically speaking, thumbing his nose at the American president
and asking with a grin, "What are you going to do about it?"

Veteran activist Noam Chomsky has accused Israel of "brazenly"
interfering in US electoral politics in a way that vastly outweighs any
efforts that may have been carried out by Russia.

In comments in which he accused much of the media of concentrating on
stories he considered marginal and ignoring issues such as the
"existential threat" of climate change, the 89-year-old linguist said in
much of the world, the US media’s focus with Russia’s alleged
interference in the 2016 was "a joke".

"First of all, if you’re interested in foreign interference in our
elections, whatever the Russians may have done barely counts or weighs
in the balance as compared with what another state does, openly,
brazenly and with enormous support," he said.

Speaking to Democracy Now, Mr Chomsky added: "Israeli intervention in US
elections vastly overwhelms anything the Russians may have done, I mean,
even to the point where the prime minister of Israel, Netanyahu, goes
directly to Congress, without even informing the president, and speaks
to Congress, with overwhelming applause, to try to undermine the
president’s policies - what happened with Obama and Netanyahu in 2015."

In March 2015, at the invitation of then Republican House Speaker John
Boehner, and assisted by Israel’s Ambassador to the US, Ron Dermer,
Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu addressed the joint houses of
Congress about the yet to be signed Iran nuclear deal. He did so without
formally informing the White House, something said to have infuriated
Barack Obama, whose administration would the following month join a
seven-party agreement to limit Iran’s alleged nuclear weapons ambitions.

In a speech to Congress that was boycotted by more than 50 Democrats, Mr
Netanyahu made clear his opposition to the deal.

"This deal won’t be a farewell to arms," said Mr Netanyahu, to loud
applause. "It would be a farewell to arms control. And the Middle East
would soon be crisscrossed by nuclear tripwires. A region where small
skirmishes can trigger big wars would turn into a nuclear tinderbox."

Benjamin Netanyahu supports US rejection of Iran nuclear deal: 'Israel
has opposed Iran's nuclear deal from the start' Attacking Mr Obama
proposal of dealing with Iran, he added: "We must all stand together to
stop Iran’s march of conquest, subjugation and terror."

Mr Chomsky said Mr Putin had never made such a speech to Congress, which
political observers said was unique in the way a foreign leader so
acidly attacked the policy of the US government.

"Did Putin come to give an address to the joint sessions of Congress
trying to…calling on them to reverse US policy, without even informing
the president," he said.

"And that’s just a tiny bit of this overwhelming influence. So if you
happen to be interested in influence of- foreign influence on elections,
there are places to look. But even that is a joke."

The power of the pro-Israel lobby has long been one of the contentious,
and disputed, issues in Washington. In 2007, John Mearsheimer and
Stephen Walt, published The Israel Lobby and US Foreign Policy, which
described the lobby as "loose coalition of individuals and organisations
who actively work to steer US foreign policy in a pro-Israel direction".

The coalition includes groups such as the powerful American Israel
Public Affairs Committee (AIPAC) a US-based pro-Israel lobbying group
this year has spent $1.75m to promote pro-Israel policies.

The group’s annual convention is a frequent stopping off point for
politicians seeking election or reelection, and Mr Netanyahu has
addressed it several times. In 2016, top speakers included Vice
President Joe Biden, former secretary of state Hillary Clinton,
Republican presidential candidate Donald Trump, Governor John Kasich,
Senator Ted Cruz, and Speaker Paul Ryan.

The group’s website says: "The mission of AIPAC is to strengthen,
protect and promote the US-Israel relationship in ways that enhance the
security of the United States and Israel."

Neither the Israeli Embassy in Washington or AIPAC immediately responded
to enquiries about Mr Chomsky’s claim.

In his comments to Democracy Now, Mr Chomsky said the media was
"focusing on issues which are pretty marginal. There are much more
serious issues that are being put to the side".

"Of all Trump’s policies, the one that is the most dangerous and
destructive, in fact poses an existential threat, is his policies on
climate change, on global warming," he said.

"That’s really destructive. And we’re facing an imminent threat, not far
removed, of enormous damage. The effects are already visible but nothing
like what’s going to come."

He added: "These are the kinds of issues that should be under
discussion. Instead…here is a focus on what I believe are marginalia."

I am often asked why I have this "thing" about Israel, with friends
suggesting that I would be much more respected as a pundit if I were to
instead concentrate on national security and political corruption. The
problem with that formulation is that the so-called "special
relationship" with Israel is itself the result of terrible national
security and foreign policy choices that is sustained by pervasive
political and media corruption, so any honest attempt to examine the one
inevitably leads to the other. Most talking heads in the media avoid
that dilemma by choosing to completely ignore the dark side of Israel.

Israel – not Russia – is the one foreign country that can interfere with
impunity with the political processes in the United States yet it is
immune from criticism. It is also the single most significant threat to
genuine national security as it and its powerful domestic lobby have
been major advocates for the continuation of America’s interventionist
warfare state. The decision to go to war on false pretenses against
Iraq, largely promoted by a cabal of prominent American Jews in the
Pentagon and in the media, killed 4,424 Americans as well as hundreds of
thousands Iraqis and will wind up costing the American taxpayer $7
trillion dollars when all the bills are paid. That same group of mostly
Jewish neocons more-or-less is now agitating to go to war with Iran
using a game plan for escalation

celebrated as they watched the Twin Towers go down.

Jewish power, both in terms of money and of access to people and
mechanisms that really matter, is what allows Israel to act with

making the United States both poorer and more insecure. A well-funded
massive lobbying effort involving hundreds of groups and thousands of
individuals in the U.S. has worked to the detriment of actual American
interests, in part by creating a permanent annual gift of billions of
dollars to Israel for no other reason but that it is Israel and can get
anything it wants from a servile Congress and White House without any
objection from a controlled media.

Israel has also obtained carte blanche political protection from the
U.S. in fora like the United Nations, which is damaging to America’s
reputation and its actual interests. This protection now extends to the
basing of U.S. troops in Israel to serve as a tripwire, guaranteeing
that Washington will become involved if Israel is ever attacked or even
if Israel itself starts a war. The current U.S.. Ambassador to the U.N.
Nikki Haley is little more than a shill for Israel while America’s
Ambassador in Israel David Friedman is an open supporter of Israel’s
illegal settlements, which the U.S. opposes, who spends much of his time
defending Israeli war crimes

And here on the home front Israel is doing damage that might be viewed
as even more grave in Senator Ben Cardin’s attempt to destroy First
Amendment rights by making any criticism of Israel illegal

The non-violent Israel Boycott movement (BDS) has already been
sanctioned in many states, the result of intensive and successful
lobbying by the Israeli government and its powerful friends.

So if there is a real enemy of the United States in terms of the actual
damage being inflicted by a foreign power, it is Israel. In the recent

Noam Chomsky, iconic progressive intellectual, has finally come around
on the issue of Israel and what it means. He has always argued somewhat
incoherently that Israeli misbehavior has been due to its role as a tool
of American imperialism and capitalism. At age 89, he has finally
figured out that it is actually all about what a parasitic Israel wants
without any regard for its American host, observing on "Democracy Now"

..take, say, the huge issue of interference in our pristine elections.
Did the Russians interfere in our elections? An issue of overwhelming
concern in the media. I mean, in most of the world, that’s almost a
joke. First of all, if you’re interested in foreign interference in our
elections, whatever the Russians may have done barely counts or weighs
in the balance as compared with what another state does, openly,
brazenly and with enormous support. Israeli intervention in U.S.
elections vastly overwhelms anything the Russians may have done… I mean,
even to the point where the prime minister of Israel, Netanyahu, goes
directly to Congress, without even informing the president, and speaks
to Congress, with overwhelming applause, to try to undermine the
president’s policies – what happened with Obama and Netanyahu in 2015….

Politicians are terrified of crossing the Jewish lobby by saying
anything negative about Israel, which means that Prime Minister Benjamin
Netanyahu always gets a pass from the American government, even when he
starves civilians and bombs hospitals and schools. Netanyahu uses
snipers to shoot dead scores of unarmed demonstrators and the snipers
themselves joke about their kills without a peep from Washington, which
styles itself the "leader of the free world."

Just recently, Israel has declared itself a Jewish State with all that
implies. To be sure, Israeli Christians and Muslims were already subject
to a battery of laws and regulations that empowered Jews at their
expense but now it is the guiding principle that Israel will be run for
the benefit of Jews and Jews alone. And it still likes to call itself a
"democracy."

A recent television program illustrates just how far the subjugation of
America’s elected leaders by Israel has gone. British comedian Sacha
Baron Cohen is featured on a new show called "Who is America?" in which
he uses disguises and aliases to engage politicians and other luminaries
in unscripted interviews that reveal just how ignorant or mendacious
they actually are

Several recent episodes remind one of a February 2013 Saturday Night
Live skit on the impending confirmation of Chuck Hagel as Secretary of
Defense <https://mondoweiss.net/2013/02/security-national-television/>.
A Senator asks Hagel. "It is vital to Israel’s security for you to go on
national television and perform oral sex on a donkey… Would you do THAT
for Israel?" A "yes" answer was, of course, expected from Hagel. The
skit was never aired after objections from the usual suspects.

Baron Cohen, who confronted several GOP notables in the guise of Colonel
Erran Morad, an Israeli security specialist, provided a number of clues
that his interview was a sham but none of the victims were smart enough
to pick up on them. Cohen, wearing an Israeli military uniform and
calling himself a colonel, clearly displayed sergeant’s stripes. Hinting
that he might actually be a Mossad agent, Cohen also sported a T-shirt
on which the Hebrew text was printed backwards and he claimed that the
Israeli spy agency’s motto was "if you want to win, show some skin."

Cohen set up Dick Cheney by complimenting him on being the "the king of
terrorist killers" before commenting that "my neighbor in Tel Aviv is in
jail for murder, or, as we call it, enhanced tickling." Morad went on to
tell Cheney that he once waterboarded his wife to check for infidelity
and then convinced the former Vice President to sign a "waterboarding
kit" that "already had" the signatures of Benjamin Netanyahu, Ariel
Sharon and Demi Lovato.

Another more spectacular sketch included a Georgia state senator Jason
Spencer who was convinced to shout out the n-word as part of an alleged
video being made to fight terrorism

After Cohen told Spencer that it was necessary to incite fear in
homophobic jihadists, Spencer dropped his pants and underwear, before
backing up with his exposed rear end while shouting "USA!" and
"America!" Spencer also spoke with a phony Asian accent while simulating
using a selfie-stick to secretly insert a camera phone inside a Muslim
woman’s burqa.

In another series of encounters, Cohen as Morad managed to convince
current and ex-Republican members of Congress — to include former Senate
majority leader Trent Lott — to endorse a fictional Israeli program to
arm grade school children for self-defense

Both controversial Alabama judge Roy Moore and Walsh were fooled into
meeting Cohen to attend a non-existent pro-Israel conference

to accept an award for "significant contributions to the state of
Israel." Representative Dana Rohrabacher, meanwhile, also was
interviewed and he commented that, "Maybe having young people trained
and understand how to defend themselves and their school might actually
make us safer here." And Congressman Joe Wilson observed that "A
3-year-old cannot defend itself from an assault rifle by throwing a
‘Hello Kitty’ pencil case at it."

Cohen’s performance is instructive. A man shows up in Israeli uniform,
claims to be a terrorism expert or even a Mossad agent, and he gains
access to powerful Americans who are willing to do anything he says. How
Cohen did it says a lot about the reflexive and completely uncritical
support for Israel that many American politicians — particularly
Republicans — now embrace. This, in a nutshell, is the damage that
Israel and its Lobby have done to the United States. Israel is always
right for many policymakers and even palpably phony Jews like Colonel
Morad are instantly perceived as smarter than the rest of us so we’d
better do what they say. That kind of thinking has brought us Iraq,
Libya, Syria and the possibility of something far worse with Iran.

Israel routinely interferes in American politics and corrupts our
institutions without any cost to itself and that is why I write and
speak frequently regarding the danger to our Republic that it poses. It
is past time to change the essentially phony narrative. Israel is
nothing but trouble. It has the right to defend itself and protect its
interests but that should not involve the United States. One can only
hope that eventually a majority of my fellow American citizens will also
figure things out. It might take a while, but the ruthless way Israel
openly operates with no concern for anyone but itself provides a measure
of optimism that that day is surely coming.

At Last, A Reasonable Voice

I have often pointed out that the Dissident Right, fervently disliking
Latinos, criticizes Hispanics for all sins real or imagined but never
says what policies it favor toward the tens of millions American
citizens of Latin-American descent. I have to retract. Recently John
Derbyshire, the star writer at the anti-immigrant site Vdare.com, has
stated clearly and even eloquently that he favors assimilation. Thus:

This country can only work—can only be a country worth the name—under an
ethic of relentless assimilation. You settle here, you Americanize
yourself, for which the very first step is to master English, so you can
join in the national political conversation. John Quincy Adams
understood that. My immigrant wife understood it.

This is not just a wise position. It is the only wise position. If the
United States is to have a chance of coalescing into a workably amicable
polity, it needs to absorb the newcomers. They are not going to go away.
Endlessly attacking them, often nonsensically, sometimes dishonestly,
always with a grinding undercurrent of racial hatred, is not a recipe
for domestic tranquility. Yet this is exactly what the Dissident Right does.

The immigrant wife John speaks of is Chinese, which is at least
reasonable and in my view desirable, the Chinese being an impressive
people. Also very pretty in their female variety, which doesn’t hurt.
Apparently Derbyshire has remained married to her for thirty-three
years, which is un-American and grounds for revoking his citizenship. I
suspect without knowing that he gets vulgar comments from ill-bred
weblouts as a race traitor. Me too. Pueden chingarse.

But back to business. Suppose the Dissident Right, instead of snuffling
around after defects of Latinos like truffle pigs on the hunt, asked how
to make the best of a situation that, good, bad, or undecided, can’t be
changed? Suppose it asked what might be said good of them. Or even,
"What things have we been told about them that aren’t quite true, or at
all?" Or–I’m going off the deep end here–what are the prospects of
successful assimilation?

Of the Latinos, it is as easy to find pros as cons. The Latino birth
rate in the US is way down. (In Mexico itself, 2.19 births per woman.
Source: CIA WorldFactbook). In the second generation on, they speak
English. I don’t know Mexican literacy in the US, but in Mexico it is at
95 percent (Source: CIA WorldFactbook). They do not burn cities, loot
stores in flash mobs, or engage in gang attacks on whites. There is no
Brown Lives Matter. They intermarry. They serve in the military. They
don’t do race riots. They start businesses. They work.

There are good reasons for wishing that the Latinos had not come.
America doesn’t need the population, assimilation is expensive, and any
immigrants inevitably provoke hostility. Conservative businessmen make
things worse by deliberately giving American jobs to illegals to make
more money. (Which, by the way, is illegal.) The objections of the
Dissident Right are not always frivolous or merely loutish.

Yet there is a certain automatic, predetermined quality to the
antipathy. Judging by the comments that I get, men tend to be far more
hostile than women, conservatives than liberals, Republicans than
Democrats, the old than the young, the unschooled than the educated,
those who have traveled little than those who have traveled much. This
supports the common observation that conservatives tend to be
robotically tribal, and liberals, robotically universalist. I suspect
that that if God sent his angels flying to earth, the Right would try to
shoot them down. If he sent a plague of cobras, liberals would bid them
welcome and try to include them.

My impression, though it is no more than an impression, is that people
of North European origin tend to be more hostile to Latinos than those
of southern European, plausible since Mexican culture is more
Ibero-Italian than Nordic.

Trump has said that America is not getting Mexico’s best. This is true.
Cardiac surgeons and software engineers do not swim the Rio Bravo to
pick oranges. If they did, assimilation would take a few hours. The
Mexican middle and professional classes behave as everybody else’s–mow
the lawn, go to work, buy a house, send the kids to university. If the
immigrants fit this description, they would have no reason to come to
America and considerable reason not to given the chaos into which the
country sinks.

But they are not educated. They tend at very best to be high-school
grads and usually well below. This makes assimilation more difficult but
no less necessary. The choice is to ghettoize a fifth of the country.
How bright is this? Does the country need more Detroits and Baltimores?

Yet it is exactly what the Dissident Right seems to want. When someone
suggested a program to help immigrants go to college, I found one of the
anti-immigrant leaders saying approximately, and angrily, "They sneak
into our country illegally and then want to go to school on our dime.
Assimilation? Keep them as far from Americans as possible."

But the great majority are legal or, usually, citizens and increasingly
born and raised in America. For how many years should we regard them as
internal enemies? Encouraging their entrance into the middle class, what
is left of it, is not charity but self-preservation, much in the
national interest whether the Dissident Right likes it or not. Left to
themselves, Latinos will do rise on their own, and are doing it, but
anything that speeds the process is good for America. Better that
Eduardo have a landscaping business or restaurant and be taxed than that
he live on welfare for lack of an alternative.

Encouragement should not include affirmative action, which engenders
racial hostility. It is one thing to help qualified students, quite
another to pump out inadequates of whatever kind

Illegal aliens are a special case that requires nationally
self-interested examination. The crucial question of course is whether
they can be gotten rid of. If tomorrow morning all illegals could be
deported to somewhere, that would be that. Since they are unlawfully
present, there could be no legal objection.

But if they cannot be gotten rid of? This seems to be the case.
Depending on your politics there are between ten and thirty million
illegals, or more if you forgot to take your medication. Does anyone see
the slightest chance of their eviction? Trump threatened to deport
"millions," and then forgot about it a week later. We can fantasize
about massive military sweeps, or death camps, or what Reagan would have
done, yes. But…the realistic chance of ten to thirty million deportations?

If the illegals are in the country to stay (they mostly are) what then?
The Dissident Right rages furiously against amnesty, but does not rage
furiously in favor of a better idea. Without amnesty, illegals will
remain an underclass until they die of old age. On the other hand an
amnesty might encourage further illegal entry. What now? Growling and
fizzing are not a program.

Dissident Righters can grind their hair and pull their teeth as desired,
complain endlessly of the very real difficulties of assimilation, but it
is the only practical real, even patriotic, solution.

Other Stuff

Regarding the attacks on the Saudi oil business: it is a miracle that it
hasn’t happened long before. A couple of decades ago, in my guise as a
tech writer, I wrote about Aerosonde, a European company that made small
unmanned airplanes, guided remotely or by GPS, for scientific purposes:
tracking whales, flying into volcanic calderas, that sort of thing.

The planes had, I think, a fifty cc motor and carried something like a
five-pound payload of cameras and whatnot. As a demonstration they
launched one from somewhere in Europe and it arrived within fifteen feet
of its destination somewhere in North America.

Big model airplanes are cheap, as are GPS receivers. Everybody’s
cellphone has one. Even five-pound charges going off on targets like the
US Capitol, control towers at airports, or other easily imagined targets
would raise hell. Terrorism for the masses. Well, someone seems to have
thought of this.

How do you defend against swarms of thirty-pound plastic airplanes that
cost a thousand dollars each? How many million-dollar (or whatever)
Patriot missiles do you expend against cheap targets before you run out
of million dollar Patriot missiles? Note that a country typically has
many, many more high-value targets than can be defended.

One-Third of American Workers Pay Is Being Stolen. Here's How

If you’re a member of the working class, 1/3 of your pay has been stolen
from you.

You would think this would be front page news every day until the
problem is fixed. Not only is that a huge amount of money for a huge
portion of the country, but you would expect our left leaning media to
be all over this. There is no better evidence that capitalism, at least
in its current state, is failing. If the left actually cared about the
working class, if the wave of cultural Marxism that has spread through
academia and the media was actually about the plight of workers
oppressed by a distant and uncaring elite, no fact would be repeated
more often than this.

And yet, aside from a handful of articles – such as one from the New
York Times in 2011, and another from The Atlantic in 2015 – the issue
hardly gets mentioned by the media. And even when it is mentioned, it is
often editorialized in a way that distorts the problem and hides its
root cause, if not outright lied about by a media with an agenda that
has little to do with helping actual workers.

The evidence for the theft of 1/3 of the working class’ pay comes
primarily from a left wing think tank called the Economic Policy
Institute, and comes from a comparison of productivity growth in the
economy vs the average hourly pay of non-management workers. Their graph
shows that worker pay increased steadily at basically the same rate at
productivity from the 1948 until 1972. In 1972, productivity was up
92.2% from where it was in 1948 while the average worker’s hourly
compensation was up 91.3%. From 1972-3, productivity rose to 97.0%
higher than its 1948 value while pay fell to only 91.0% higher than it
was in 1948. Productivity and pay both fell from 1973-4, but
productivity rose again from 1974-5 while pay declined for another year,
widening the gap between productivity and pay growth to over 10% for the
first time since 1948, a gap which would never close again.

Pay then rose more slowly than productivity for the rest of the 70s,
fell during the 80s and early 90s, grew slowly again during the dotcom
boom of the late 90s when productivity grew far more rapidly, and
stagnated again for most of the 00s. Then from 2008-09, pay rose sharply
by almost 8% of its 1948 value. In other words, during the housing
market collapse, when wealthy investment bankers were losing a lot of
money (and before they got it back during the bailout), workers’ hourly
compensation jumped up faster than productivity for the first time in
decades – though not by nearly enough to close the gap, as productivity
had risen by more than 100% more than pay by 2008. After the bailout,
pay stagnated again, though according to many sources pay is increasing
under Trump at a faster rate than it did for most of the past few decades.

However, for some reason, both the Economic Policy Institute’s current
graph and the New York Times graph put a line through 1979 to divide the
era of regular pay growth and pay stagnation, despite the gap having
grown to about 15% by then. It would seem that 1972-3, when pay growth
stagnated and then fell for the first time in decades, would be a better
place to put the line – and indeed, that is where The Atlantic’s graph
(and some older versions of EPI’s graph) put it. Is there a reason for
this obfuscation? [...]

Other theories include the rise of automation, increased female
participation in the workforce, and corporate greed. [...]

There was a major change in the way our economy is run that occurred in
the early 1970s, just before worker pay stopped growing. That change
occurred in 1971, just before pay stagnated from 1972-3. From 1944-1971,
an international monetary agreement called Bretton Woods tied the value
of the dollar (and many other currencies around the globe) to the value
of gold, limiting the Federal Reserve and banking industry’s ability to
manipulate the money supply. During the Bretton Woods years, changes in
the money supply and value of the dollar were primarily driven by market
forces rather than by the decisions of bankers and economic elites. The
Bretton Woods years overlap so perfectly with the period when worker pay
kept up with productivity growth that the glaring lack of any mention of
it by any of the think tanks and media outlets – left, right, or center
– that have written about the gap between pay and productivity says a
lot about the dishonesty of our media and academics.

Is Federal Reserve policy really capable of causing such a major
economic shift? It certainly seems to be. [...]

It’s clear that Bretton Woods and the era when supply and demand ruled
the market coincided with the steady rise of worker pay, while the era
of Federal Reserve policy dominating the market has coincided with
stagnant worker pay and wealth redistribution to the rich. [...]

Remember that it was Paul Volcker who was both instrumental in ending
Bretton Woods, enabling the rise of the Fed’s dominance of the economy
and redistribution of wealth, and who oversaw the largest decrease in
worker pay in the past half century. There’s one other thing you need to
know about Paul Volcker, something that will help answer the question of
who controls Fed policy and where the money is going. Paul Volcker
shares something in common with four other recent Federal Reserve chairs
during the period of wage stagnation and with an extremely
disproportionate number of billionaires – Volcker was hereditarily
(though not religiously) Jewish. Arthur Burns, who became chairman of
the Federal reserve in 1970, the year before Volcker convinced Nixon to
end Bretton Woods, was the first Jewish Federal Reserve chairman since
World War 2 and ran the Fed through most of the 70s. Volcker took over
the Fed in 1979 and was followed by three more Jews in a row: Alan
Greenspan, Ben Bernanke, and Janet Yellen. While it may be tempting to
blame ties to corporate or banking interests instead, only Volcker and
Greenspan had any history of working in corporate banking prior to
working at the Fed; Burns, Bernanke, and Yellen had mostly academic and
government advisory experience before their appointments to Federal
Reserve chair. Last year, Trump appointed the first non-Jewish Fed chair
since the 1970s, and that year was one of the best years for wage growth
since the 1970s.

Just how wealthy have the Jews become while controlling our central
bank, the most powerful financial regulatory agency in the country? Most
estimates of Jewish wealth (including Jewish sources) find that over 1/3
of American billionaires are Jewish in a country that is less than 2%
Jewish, meaning you’re roughly 20 times as likely to be a billionaire if
you’re Jewish than if you’re not. That overrepresentation is even
greater at the top, where 5 of the 10 richest Americans are Jewish
according to the Times of Israel. Coincidentally, Jews are
overrepresented among the billionaire class by about the same amount as
the portion of the working class’ pay that’s missing from their checks.
And according to one estimate, Jews were 23% of the billionaire class in
1987; that year, workers were losing about 20% of what they should have
been getting paid based on their productivity according to EPI, about
the same percent as Jewish overrepresentation among the billionaire
class. As the rich have gotten richer while the working class have
gotten robbed, the rich have also gotten more Jewish.

Of course, not all Jews benefit from the Fed’s theft of the working
class. Rather, it’s more likely that there is a Jewish financial cartel
in much the same way there are Mexican drug cartels, an Italian mafia,
Islamic sex slave grooming gangs and terror networks, and many other
gangs whose identity is based partly on ethnic and religious
affiliation. Volcker, as someone who both was and was not Jewish, was
the perfect patsy – he was ethnically Jewish enough to be part of the
tribe, but any backlash against him for his role in ending Bretton Woods
and reducing worker pay could be deflected away from the Jewish
financial cartel because he was a practicing Christian. Not all Jews
have to be a part of this financial cartel for the people responsible
for stealing 1/3 of the American working class’ pay to be Jewish, and
those that aren’t should be just as upset about the actions of those
that are as anyone else. While the idea of a Jewish financial cartel may
come off as conspiratorial to some, two of the biggest news stories of
the past year – Jeffrey Epstein and NXIVM – have been about Jewish
billionaires (the Bronfmans in the case of NXIVM) running pedophilic sex
slave trading networks which they used to blackmail and manipulate the
rich, famous, and powerful. It’s not much of a stretch to assume that
part of the reason why they needed those criminal networks was to help
cover up an even bigger ongoing crime.

But it is possible, if unlikely, that there is no Jewish financial
cartel. In that case, however, the resulting assumption seems much worse
for the Jewish people – that five different Jewish Federal Reserve
chairs simply happened to accidentally oversee the stagnation of the
American working class’ pay as Jewish investment bankers capitalized on
their fiscal policies after more than two decades of solid worker pay
growth under non-Jewish Fed chairs. If that’s the case, a five for five
record of screwing over the working class is more than enough evidence
that Jews should never be allowed near the halls of financial power in
the United States ever again. But, as many lower and middle class Jews
are hurt just as much by the financial theft that’s been going on for
decades, it would be far better to investigate the possible existence of
the Jewish financial cartel and focus our attention on the people
directly responsible for robbing a majority of Americans first, rather
than directing our ire at all Jews.

Regardless of whether or not this Jewish financial cartel exists, a few
things should be clear. First, the Federal Reserve needs a full audit
and investigation to determine how corrupt the institution has become
and whether they are directly enriching particular members of the
billionaire class or just accidentally creating the kind of economy
where rich and often Jewish investment bankers profit while the rest of
us stagnate. Second, we need to seriously consider changing our monetary
system, whether that means returning to a gold standard, a pseudo-gold
standard such as Bretton Woods, or some other form of stable currency
that limits the inflationary and wealth redistribution power of the
banking industry. Third, Jewish control of our financial (not to mention
political) institutions must be dismantled in much the same way our
Jewish media and academics talk about dismantling white privilege,
regardless of whether the problem turns out to be a specific criminal
cartel comprised mostly of wealthy and powerful Jews or whether the
problem turns out to be that the nature of the Jewish people is to
manage the economy for the good of investment bankers and upper
management, rather than for the good of the workers who produce and
distribute the things we all rely on to survive and thrive. Americans
deserve an economy that works for us as much as we work for it.

Was Atta an agent for the Israelis? Reliable sources believe he was

Following yesterday’s WMR special report on the 9/11 "hijacking" cells
being run by the Israeli Mossad intelligence agency, we have been
contacted by reliable sources who have evidence that "lead hijacker"
Mohamed Atta and his cohort, Ziad Jarreh, may have been Mossad agents or
double agents. There is also no actual proof that any of the "hijacking"
teams ever made it aboard any of the four flights on 9/11. Autopsies of
bodies discovered at the Pentagon yielded no Arab identities and there
were no Arab names on any of the flight manifests.

In September 2009, WMR reported: "Last year, two Lebanese brothers — Ali
Jarreh and Youssef Jarreh — were arrested by Lebanese authorities who
linked the pair to an espionage cell responsible for the car bombing
assassination of Hezbollah military commander Imad Mughniyeh in Damascus
in February 2008. The Jarrah’s were found by the Lebanese Army in
possession of ‘communication devices and other sophisticated equipment.’
The Jarrahs arrested by the Lebanese had been recruited by the Mossad in
the 1980s when Israel occupied a large section of Lebanon. And for a
Paul Harvey-like "rest of the story," they are related to Ziad Jarreh,
the man who was said to have been a close associate and fellow hijacking
planner of Mohamed Atta and whose American visa was found with photo and
visa number largely intact in a field in Pennsylvania on 9/11."

WMR has also been informed by a Joint Terrorism Task Force source
stationed in New York in 2001 that Atta lived in Fort Lee, New Jersey in
August 2001 and was protected by Israeli "art students" who lived close
to Atta in Fort Lee. The art students, identified as Mossad agents by
the FBI and CIA, lived in Fort Lee from June to September 2001.

Atta maintained high-level contacts in Saudi intelligence and Pakistan’s
Inter Service Intelligence (ISI), giving the Mossad plausible
deniability of any relationship with Atta. FBI teams were denied access
to the passenger manifest of the El Al plane that exfiltrated scores of
Mossad agents from New York’s JFK airport to Tel Aviv in the afternoon
of 9/11. There is reason by some FBI agents to believe that "Mohamed
Atta" was among the passengers on the El Al escape flight.

The recent Dubai assasination in which Mossad used stolen identities
warrants re-examination of evidence that the identities of at least some
of the alleged 9/11 hijackers had been stolen.

In item 11, the UK Telegraph interviews four 9/11 Hijackers, ALIVE.

And in item 10, a Saudi Prince says that at least 7 of the alleged
hijckers are alive. This original Reuters News Wire report was hard to
track down. Please save the Archive webpage to hard disk, and make
backup copies.

The Telegraph assumes that their identities were stolen by Bin Laden.
The prospect that Mossad might have done it is not considered. Yet, New
Zealand later broke off diplomatic relations with Israel over Mossad
using its passports. And the Dubai assassination shows Mossad's track
record.

Of the four ALIVE hijackers the Telegraph interviewed, one, Saeed
Al-Ghamdi, is a Saudi Airlines pilot - ALIVE. He was named as a
terrorist on the United Airlines flight that crashed in Pennsylvania.
The FBI published his personal details but with a photograph of somebody
else - possibly someone who impersonated him at a Florida flight school.

Another, Abdulaziz Al-Omari, is an engineer from Riyadh - ALIVE. Mr
Al-Omari was listed as one of the hijackers of the American Airlines
plane that crashed into the the WTC north tower. He said, "I have no
idea how to fly a plane."

And another, Salem Al-Hamzi, said, "I have never been to the United States".

If these "hijackers" are alive, who attended the Florida flying schools,
impersonating them?

Item 4 reports that TV stations are increasingly ready to run
documentaries arguing/showing that 9/11 was an Inside Job. About 20 such
cases are described here, yet NOT ONE mentions Mossad. This does not
imply that these documentaries are worthless. It is better to get the
public wondering about US government first, then progressing onto the
even more taboo topic second. But information about the latter is NEVER
presented on public TV stations.

It is hard to believe that Bush & Cheney were not complicit in some way.
But that does not mean that they were the brains behind the plot. The
point to remember is: Mossad knows what THEY are up to, but they don't
know what Mossad's doing.

US intelligence agencies are not monolithic. Elements of the CIA, NSA,
FBI and Police seem to have provided information on Mossad involvement
in 9/11 to the makers of the documentary 9/11 Missing Links (item 4).

On the other hand, Mossad would have some Sayanin in those bodies, apart
from those who been duped. So the intelligence agencies are themselves
split.

If "Inside Job" documentaries reach a wider audience, the Pentagon and
the Intelligence Agencies might find that THEY are assumed to be the
Plotters. Mossad - if guilty as I believe - would do all it could to
keep the spotlight on them, not it. In self-defence, those agencies
might spill the beans and tell all they know.

[...] A significant development in the 1990s was the formation of the
neo-conservative think tank known as PNAC (Project for a New American
Century), whose members prepared position papers for the Israeli
government and for a future US Administration sharing their views. That
happened in 2000 with the election of George W. Bush, and a contemporary
writer summarized the tip of the neo-conservative iceberg in his first
Administration this way:

The "outsiders" from PNAC were now powerful "insiders," placed in
important positions from which they could exert maximum pressure on U.S.
policy [...]

Far more significant in terms of subsequent events was the
acknowledgement in one of PNAC's own documents that their program for
America (and Israel) would not readily be accepted by the American
people. What this meant, PNAC opined in 2000, was that "the process of
transformation, even if it brings revolutionary change, is likely to be
a long one, absent some catastrophic and catalyzing event - like a new
Pearl Harbor." ...

On September 11, 2001, the PNAC people in and out of government - and by
extension AIPAC and Israel - "coincidentally" got the event they needed,
barely eight months after coming into office. [...]

Even more unbelievable is the "coincidental" salvage of an intact
passport presumably belonging to one of the hijackers inside the plane
that hit WTC2 - and this was how the official 9/11 Commission report
described it:

The passport was recovered by NYPD Detective Yuk H. Chin from a male
passerby in a business suit, about 30 years old. The passerby left
before being identified, while debris was falling from WTC 2. The tower
collapsed shortly afterwards. The detective then gave the passport to
the FBI on 9/11.

Reflections

Several things are very clear to me from a careful assessment of both
official and critical evaluations of the 9/11 attacks. First, the
striking aircraft alone simply could not have brought down either of the
two buildings in the manner in which they fell, much less a third
building which was not hit by a plane (I expect the one intended to do
that as a "cover" had ended up in that Pennsylvania field), given the
available physical evidence and a wealth of expert testimony. This means
the attackers had assistance on the ground, and it had to have been
active before the attacks occurred: preparing buildings for controlled
demolition is not something done haphazardly in the midst of chaos.

Second, only two intelligence agencies had the expertise, assets, access
and political protection to execute 9/11 in the air and on the ground:
our CIA and Israel's Mossad. Only one had the incentive, using the "who
benefits" principle: Mossad. And that incentive dovetailed perfectly
with the neo-con's agenda and explicitly expressed need for a catalytic
event to mobilize the American public for their wars, using American
military power to destroy Israel's enemies. [...]

Finally, we need to take a hard look at why the mainstream media (MSM)
have paid more attention to Sarah Palin's wardrobe than they have to
dissecting blatant falsehoods, discrepancies and inconsistencies in the
US Government's treatment of 9/11 and its aftermath. And the reason is
that on this issue, all are on the same side, and the official line is
the one they all prefer - "all" meaning the PNAC alumni who took over
the Bush Administration's national security apparatus and their
counterparts in the Obama administration, AIPAC and the rest of the
numerous Jewish PACs, the MSM owners and Israel. The depiction of the
media management in America in 2002 is especially informative, and has
not changed significantly since then:

CEOs and Directors of companies change as often as Boards of Directors
vote. But if we could "freeze frame" the CEOs of the largest US Media
companies in mid 2002, we would find that ten Jewish American men ran
the vast majority of US television networks and other media companies
including movies, radio, and publishing at that time. Not much has
changed today.

[...] I am also absolutely certain as a strategic analyst that 9/11
itself, from which all else flows, was a classic Mossad-orchestrated
operation. But Mossad did not do it alone. They needed local help within
America (and perhaps elsewhere) and they had it, principally from some
alumni of PNAC (the misnamed Project for a New American Century) and
their affiliates within and outside of the US Government (USG), who in
the 9/11 attacks got the "catalytic event" they needed and craved to
take the US to war on Israel's behalf, only eight months after coming
into office. [...]

Second only to the actual controlled demolition of WTC-7, and
supplementing the thesis that with or without impacting aircraft the
buildings were brought down by other means, is extensive extensive
audio-visual evidence on 9/11 while the Twin Towers were still standing
from what became "Ground Zero." This evidence includes real-time clips
of secondary explosions at ground level in both WTC-1 and WTC-2 (you can
hear the detonations and see smoke and debris billowing out), reports on
many networks of those explosions and of strange vans inside and around
those buildings prior to the secondary explosions, reports from EMTs
(Emergency Medical Technicians) of the same thing and of people inside
and around the lobbies of those buildings who were not emergency
personal and were not fleeing the disaster – all of this on 9/11 and
widely reported as it happened that same day. And a third element,
building on the above and adding its own dimension, is the presence of a
number of (mostly white) vans owned – as far as can be determined, given
the extent to which information on them and the people with them has
disappeared from the public record – by an Israeli company (or rather a
company owned by an Israeli, to be precise) in New Jersey. Some of these
vans were regularly around the World Trade Center itself. But two stand
out, and need to be examined in some detail for their significance to be
appreciated.

First, Bergen, NJ residents saw five people on a white van filming the
attacks and visibly celebrating. They had set up their cameras before
the first plane hit. Police arrested them. All were Israelis (now
referred to as the "dancing Israelis"). Bomb-sniffing dogs reacted as if
they had detected explosives, although officers were unable to find
anything. The FBI seized the van for further testing. All five were
later released at the instigation of Israeli & American Jewish leaders,
some in the US Government. Details are still classified. This incident
quickly disappeared from the mainstream media, following a brief mention
in the New York Times three days after the attacks, that was not
followed up.

A second van was stopped on the approaches to the George Washington
Bridge. As CBS's Dan Rather said in his live report: "Two suspects are
in FBI custody after a truckload of explosives were discovered around
the George Washington Bridge. That bridge links New York to New Jersey
over the Hudson River. Whether the discovery of those explosives had
anything to do with other events today is unclear, but the FBI, has two
suspects in hand, said the truckload of explosives, enough explosives
were in the truck to do great damage to the George Washington Bridge."
Those suspects – also Israelis - and the incident then seem to have
disappeared from the public record and mainstream media "examinations"
<sic.> of 9/11, just like discussions of the first van, the secondary
explosions at ground level within WTC-1 and WTC-2, and the precipitous
collapse into its own footprint of WTC-7.

The combined impact of these and many other factors is both chilling and
compelling. Think of it: Secondary explosions at ground level where
there should be no secondary explosions. The catastrophic collapse of
the 47-story WTC-7 into its own footprint in seconds, without any
significant external trauma, where by rights there should have been no
collapse. Vans with targeting maps, explosives or traces thereof,
cameras pre-positioned to film the World Trade Center, and especially
Israelis with those vans where there should have been no Israelis
present with any of those things in those places at that time.

Any of these matters ought to have been sufficient to stimulate a
searching re-examination of the official USG interpretation of 9/11, and
especially of the actual or putative role of Al-Qaeda in it. The vans
alone pointed away from Al-Qaeda, unless one assumed that Al-Qaeda was
an Israeli front, or that Mossad at a minimum had run a parallel and
more murderous operation to whatever Al-Qaeda may have done. What is
fascinating is how little impact it has had on public awareness of the
details of 9/11, much less official US policy based on it. A "cloak of
silence" had descended over any official or mainstream media discussions
of 9/11 that did not conform to the official interpretation, thereby
keeping such dissonance from the general public.

The Cloak of Silence Over 9/11

There have been three elements to the "cloak of silence" covering
efforts to expose the failings of the official US position on 9/11 to
the public. One is within the Executive Branch. Another is within the
Congress. And the third is the mainstream media (MSM).

The first is not at all surprising, as so many of its key members (and
especially its so-called "neo-conservatives") were the authors of the
"19 named Arabs in 4 planes" thesis, and its de facto apologists on the
professional staff of the 9/11 Commission. Indeed, many of them had a
vested personal and professional interest in maintaining the validity of
the official position.

[...] Israel ... is the one state with a positive incentive, if it
believed it could get away with it, which is to enrage the American
public against Muslims generally and Arabs in particular, and to make
the US an active belligerent in the region – spending American lives and
treasure in the service of Israel's interests.

Expertise is different and more diffuse. There are many intelligence and
special operations forces in the world with the expertise to wire large
urban structures for a controlled demolition. There are many combat
engineer units in many countries that could do the same thing. And there
are many private firms that specialize in them as well. Yet neither
Al-Qaeda as an organization, nor any of its known affiliates – much less
the 19 named Arabs supposedly on those four planes – possessed that
expertise, or anything even remotely close to it; had they done so, the
Green Zone in Baghdad would have been a pile of rubble.

But it is local support that is the crucial determinant. All
well-crafted covert operations require some measure of local support,
official or unofficial, unless the target area is so irredeemably
hostile that none is available. Any domestic or foreign intelligence
agency targeting the WTC would absolutely have required it, and Mossad
would be better placed than any other to access such support for entry,
access, execution and escape.

This is especially true, given the security company overseeing the WTC.
CIA and/or Defense Department personnel (which is not the same as the
CIA or the Defense Department as organizations) could have had access,
but only if that had Israeli endorsement – one does not casually cut
open walls, implant explosives, run cables and wire everything together
in buildings with state-of-the-art electronic surveillance and 24/7
on-site security. Mossad would have no such need for those niceties,
given the ownership of the WTC and the management of the company
overseeing its security. Remember that we are not talking about large
numbers of people in any case: given time to prepare the three buildings
and protection from detection, as few as a dozen could have sufficed, a
number small enough to be effectively unnoticed in a large organization.

Retrospect and Prospect

So let us recapitulate the basic conclusions of this analysis. First,
the core official US Government position on 9/11 is that any and all
aspects of it are directly attributable to 19 named Arabs on 4 planes,
conducting a terrorist operation planned and executed by Osama bin
Laden's Al-Qaeda. This position is at best incomplete, and at worst a
complete fabrication engineered by those directly or indirectly
responsible for what happened on 9/11, and the wars afterward.

[...] Al-Qaeda – and perhaps other groups as well – had the theoretical
capability to carry out a simultaneous four-plane hijacking, perhaps
flying the aircraft to Cuba (the four 9/11 aircraft should have been
able to make a one-way flight there at the beginning of their
operational day without difficulty, depending on their actual loads),
which would have been spectacular in itself. But neither Al-Qaeda nor
any of their affiliates had the expertise and local support necessary to
allow them the needed access to any of the buildings at the World Trade
Center, to cut open the walls and wire them for controlled demolition,
and then to escape and evade afterward.

[...] Given the pervasiveness of Zionist influence in the US government
and its intelligence and security agencies (including of course the
Defense Department), two broad scenarios are possible. One is that the
neo-cons and their cohorts were in the driver's seat with Israel in the
passenger seat with a map and the baggage. The second sees Israel
driving with the neo-cons and others handling the map and baggage. But
they were both in the same car on the road to and from 9/11. Both were
embedded in aspects of the planning and execution of the catastrophe,
the wars it spawned and the wars its architects now want us to wage in
Israel's name, linking treason and treachery in tandem no matter where
the emphasis is placed.

Hours after the 9-11 attacks, authorities began to find clues
conveniently left for them to stumble upon. The Boston Globe reported
that a copy of the Koran, instructions on how to fly a commercial
airplane and a fuel consumption calculator were found in a pair of bags
meant for one of the hijacked flights that left from Logan. 64

Authorities also received a "tip" about a suspicious white car left
behind at Boston's Logan Airport. An Arabic-language flight training
manual was found inside the car. 65

How fortunate for investigators that the hijackers "forgot" to take
their Koran and Arab flight manuals with them! Within a few days, all
"19 hijackers" were "identified" and their faces were plastered all over
our television screens.

Then, like a script from a corny "B" spy movie, the official story gets
even more ridiculous. The passport of the supposed "ringleader" Mohammed
Atta, somehow managed to survive the explosion, inferno, and smoldering
collapse to be oh-so-conveniently "found" just a few blocks away from
the World Trade Center! 66

It is obvious that this "evidence" was planted by individuals wishing to
direct the blame towards Osama Bin Laden. How is it possible that Arab
students who had never flown an airplane could take a simulator course
and then fly jumbo jets with the skill and precision of "top-gun"
pilots? It is not possible and the fact is, the true identities of the
9-11 hijackers remains a mystery. In the days following the disclosure
of the "hijackers" names and faces, no less than 7 of the Arab
individuals named came forward to protest their obvious innocence. 67

That's right! Seven of the nineteen "hijackers" are alive and well. They
were victims of identity theft, some of whom had had their passports
stolen. They were interviewed by several news organizations including
the Telegraph of England. [...]

What kind of a corrupt character is FBI boss Mueller? He initially
admitted that false identities were involved with 9-11, but then he
allows the media to keep naming these innocent, and alive, Arabs as the
hijackers? Why doesn't he correct them? More on the slimy Mr. Mueller
later on!

Now I'm really going to rock your faith in the false religion of 9-11.
In February of 2000, Indian intelligence officials detained 11 members
of what they thought was an Al Qaeda hijacking conspiracy. It was then
discovered that these 11 "Muslim preachers" were all Israeli nationals!
India's leading weekly magazine, The Week, reported:

On January 12 Indian intelligence officials in Calcutta detained 11
foreign nationals for interrogation before they were to board a
Dhaka-bound Bangladesh Biman flight. They were detained on the suspicion
of being hijackers. "But we realized that they were tabliqis (Islamic
preachers), so we let them go", said an Intelligence official.

The eleven had Israeli passports but were believed to be Afghan
nationals who had spent a while in Iran. Indian intelligence officials,
too, were surprised by the nationality profile of the eleven. "They say
that they have been on tabligh (preaching Islam) in India for two
months. But they are Israeli nationals from the West Bank," said a
Central Intelligence official. He claimed that Tel Aviv "exerted
considerable pressure" on Delhi to secure their release. "It appeared
that they could be working for a sensitive organization in Israel and
were on a mission to Bangladesh," the official said. 72 (emphasis added)

What were these 11 Israelis doing trying to impersonate Al Qaeda men?
Infiltrating?...perhaps. Framing?...more likely. But the important
precedent to understand is this: Israeli agents were once caught red
handed impersonating Muslim hijackers! [...]

Now about Mohamed Atta, you know, the so-called "ring leader". There are
a number of inconsistencies with that story as well. Like some of the 7
hijackers known to be still alive, Atta also had his passport stolen in
1999, 75 (the same passport that miraculously survived the WTC explosion
and collapse?) making him an easy mark for an identity theft. Atta was
known to all as a shy, timid, and sheltered young man who was
uncomfortable with women. 76 The 5 foot 7 inch, 150 pound architecture
student was such a "goody two shoes" that some of his university
acquaintances in Germany refrained from drinking or cursing in front of
him. How this gentle, non-political mamma's boy from a good Egyptian
family suddenly transformed himself into the vodka drinking, go-go girl
groping terrorist animal described by the media, has to rank as the
greatest personality change since another classic work of fiction, Dr.
Jekyll and Mr. Hyde.

Atta, or someone using Atta's identity, had enrolled in a Florida flight
school in 2001 and then broke off his training, making it a point to
tell his instructor he was leaving for Boston. In an October 2001
interview with an ABC affiliate in Florida, flight school president Rudi
Dekkers said that his course does not qualify pilots to fly commercial
jumbo jets. 77 He also described Atta as "an asshole". 78 Part of the
reason for Dekker's dislike for Atta stems from a highly unusual
incident that occurred at the beginning of the course. Here's the
exchange between ABC producer Quentin McDermott and Dekkers:

MCDERMOTT: "Why do you say Atta was an asshole?"

DEKKERS: "Well, when Atta was here and I saw his face on several
occasions in the building, then I know that they're regular students and
then I try to talk to them, it's kind of a PR - where are you from? I
tried to communicate with him. I found out from my people that he lived
in Hamburg and he spoke German so one of the days that I saw him, I
speak German myself, I'm a Dutch citizen, and I started in the morning
telling him in German, "Good morning. How are you? How do you like the
coffee? Are you happy here?", and he looked at me with cold eyes, didn't
react at all and walked away. That was one of my first meetings I had." 79

This is eerily similar to the way in which Zacharias Moussaoui (the
so-called "20th hijacker") became "belligerent" when his Minnesota
flight instructor tried to speak to him in French (his first language),
at the beginning of that course. The Minnessota Star Tribune reported on
December 21, 2001:

"Moussaoui first raised eyebrows when, during a simple introductory
exchange, he said he was from France, but then didn't seem to understand
when the instructor spoke French to him. Moussaoui then became
belligerent and evasive about his background, (Congressman) Oberstar and
other sources said. In addition, he seemed inept in basic flying
procedure, while seeking expensive training on an advanced commercial
jet simulator." 80 (emphasis added)

It truly is an amazing twist of fate that both Atta and Moussaoui both
had American flight instructors who spoke German and French
respectively. Even the great Mossad could not have foreseen such a
coincidence! The real Atta would have been able to respond to his
instructor's German small talk and the real Moussaoui would have been
able to respond to his instructor's French small talk. Atta just walked
away and Moussaoui threw a fit! Neither responded because neither could.
They were imposters, whose faces were probably disguised by a make up
artist. Their mission was to frame the two innocent Arabs who were
probably targeted by the Mossad at random.

The imposter was able to create a new Atta by using Atta's stolen
passport from 1999 - the same passport that floated safely to the ground
with a few burnt edges on 9-11. These strange inconsistencies tend to
give support to Mohammed Atta's father's claim that he spoke over the
phone with his son on September 12th, the day after the attacks. 81
Could a group of professionals have abducted and killed the real Atta in
the days following the 9-11 attacks? Mossad agents, posing as "art
students" were arrested after conducting some type of operation in
Hollywood, Florida, the same small town that Atta stayed in! 82 So what
happened to the real Mohammed Atta? To quote his grief stricken father:
"Ask Mossad!".

So who, if not the "19 Arabs" was on those planes? That's the million

published Sunday that seven Saudis named by the FBI as suspects in the
attacks on the United States were innocent.

The official Saudi Press Agency (SPA) quoted Prince Nayef as telling the
U.S. television network CNN in an interview that the United States had
not given any confirmation to the kingdom that Saudis had been involved
in the September 11 attacks on New York and Washington.

"As for the names that have been published or provided to us by the FBI,
there are seven names of people who did not participate and are present
in the kingdom and who are known (to us)," SPA quoted Prince Nayef as
saying.

"There are more than 10 other names, possibly 15, whom we still have no
detailed information on, either their four (full) names, pictures,
passports or personal identity cards, to be able to verify if they are
Saudis or not," he said. [...]

Saudi newspapers have published interviews and pictures of at least five
of those who appeared on the FBI list since it was released Friday.

Many Saudis share the same name, reflecting their common membership of
large tribes. But some who share the same name as the suspects were
alarmed to see their own faces staring back at them from newspapers and
television networks which published photographs and personal details of
the alleged perpetrators.

THEIR names were flashed around the world as suicide hijackers who
carried out the attacks on America. But yesterday four innocent men told
how their identities had been stolen by Osama bin Laden's teams to cover
their tracks.

The men - all from Saudi Arabia - spoke of their shock at being
mistakenly named by the FBI as suicide terrorists. None of the four was
in the United States on September 11 and all are alive in their home
country.

The Telegraph obtained the first interviews with the men since they
learnt that they were on the FBI's list of hijackers who died in the
crashes in New York, Washington and Pennsylvania.

All four said that they were "outraged" to be identified as terrorists.
One has never been to America and another is a Saudi Airlines pilot who
was on a training course in Tunisia at the time of the attacks.

Saudi Airlines said it was considering legal action against the FBI for
seriously damaging its reputation and that of its pilots. The FBI
released the list of 19 suicide terrorists three days after the attacks.

The statement said that the 19 "have been identified as hijackers aboard
the four airliners". Photographs and personal details were published
around the world with an appeal for "information about these
individuals, even though they are presumed dead".

The Saudi Airlines pilot, Saeed Al-Ghamdi, 25, and Abdulaziz Al-Omari,
an engineer from Riyadh, are furious that the hijackers' "personal
details" - including name, place, date of birth and occupation - matched
their own.

Mr Al-Ghamdi was named as a terrorist on the United Airlines flight that
crashed in Pennsylvania - a plane said by some experts to have been
heading for the White House.

He first knew that he was on the FBI's list when he was told by a
colleague. Speaking from Tunisia, he said: "I was completely shocked.
For the past 10 months I have been based in Tunis with 22 other pilots
learning to fly an Airbus 320. The FBI provided no evidence of my
presumed involvement in the attacks.

"You cannot imagine what it is like to be described as a terrorist - and
a dead man - when you are innocent and alive." The airline was angry
too. Officials brought Mr Al-Ghamdi back to Saudi Arabia last week for a
10-day holiday to avoid arrest or interrogation.

An official said: "We are consulting lawyers about what action to take
to protect the reputation of our pilots." Mr Al-Ghamdi faced further
embarrassment when CNN, the American television network, flashed a
photograph of him around the world, naming him as a hijack suspect.

The FBI had published his personal details but with a photograph of
somebody else, presumably a hijacker who had "stolen" his identity. CNN,
however, showed a picture of the real Mr Al-Ghamdi.

He said that CNN had probably got the picture from the Flight Safety
flying school he attended in Florida. CNN has since broadcast a
clarification saying that the photograph may not be that of the accused.

Mr Al-Omari, who was accused of hijacking the American Airlines plane
that smashed into the the World Trade Centre's north tower, said that he
was at his desk at the Saudi telecommunications authority in Riyadh when
the attacks took place.

He said: "I couldn't believe it when the FBI put me on their list. They
gave my name and my date of birth, but I am not a suicide bomber. I am
here. I am alive. I have no idea how to fly a plane. I had nothing to do
with this."

Mr Al-Omari said his passport was stolen when his apartment in Denver,
Colorado, was burgled in 1995. He had been studying engineering at
Denver University since 1993. He was given a new passport in Riyadh on
December 31, 1995 and returned to America to resume his studies in
January 1996. After graduating last year he returned to Riyadh to join
the electricity authority and later moved to the telecommunications
authority.

The other two men accused of being terrorists are Salem Al-Hamzi and
Ahmed Al-Nami. Mr Al-Hamzi is 26 and had just returned to work at a
petrochemical complex in the industrial eastern city of Yanbou after a
holiday in Saudi Arabia when the hijackers struck. He was accused of
hijacking the American Airlines Flight 77 that hit the Pentagon.

He said: "I have never been to the United States and have not been out
of Saudi Arabia in the past two years." The FBI described him as 21 and
said that his possible residences were Fort Lee or Wayne, both in New
Jersey.

Mr Al-Nami, 33, from Riyadh, an administrative supervisor with Saudi
Arabian Airlines, said that he was in Riyadh when the terrorists struck.

He said: "I'm still alive, as you can see. I was shocked to see my name
mentioned by the American Justice Department. I had never even heard of
Pennsylvania where the plane I was supposed to have hijacked."

He had never lost his passport and found it "very worrying" that his
identity appeared to have been "stolen" and published by the FBI without
any checks. The FBI had said his "possible residence" was Delray Beach
in Florida.

Last night the FBI admitted that there was some doubt about the
identities of some of the suspects. A spokesman said: "The
identification process has been complicated by the fact that many Arabic
family names are similar. It is also possible that the hijackers used
false identities."

The spokesman declined to say whether the FBI would apologise but added:
"If we have made mistakes then obviously that would be regrettable but
this is a big and complicated investigation."

When the list was published Robert Mueller, the FBI director, said that
it was "fairly confident" that the names were not aliases.

The father of Mohammed Atta, the alleged ringleader of the September 11
attacks, said in an interview published yesterday that his son was still
alive.

"He is hiding in a secret place so as not to be murdered by the US
secret services," Mohammed el-Amir Atta, 66, told the German newspaper
Bild am Sonntag. He also vehemently denied that his son - believed to
have flown the first plane into the World Trade Centre - had taken part
in the atrocities, blaming them instead on "American Christians".

The interview painted a picture of a tortured man who has not come to
terms with his 33-year-old son's death or with the huge crime laid at
his door. He said he feared the US would try to poison him.

Speaking from his Cairo home, Mr Atta described hearing about the
attacks after returning from a holiday on the Red Sea on the evening of
September 12. "My daughter called and said she was going to drop in. She
stood at the door and said 'turn on the TV'," he said. Amid images of
the jets crashing into the Twin Towers, he saw his son's passport
photograph.

"As I saw the picture of my son," he said, "I knew that he hadn't done
it. My son called me the day after the attacks on September 12 at around
midday. We spoke for two minutes about this and that.

"He didn't tell me where he was calling from. At that time neither of us
knew anything about the attacks."

Mr Atta said he did not condone the attacks, but could understand the
hijackers' motivation. "Every day our Palestinian brothers are being
murdered, their houses destroyed. If their relatives were to fly a plane
into the Empire State Building I couldn't hold it against them," he added.

Mr Atta called his son a "gentle and tender boy", who enjoyed reading
history and geography books and was nicknamed "Bolbol", or nightingale,

I just finished Daniel Hopsicker's Welcome to Terrorland. He exposes the
cover story of the Florida flight schools, and the ongoing cover-up. ...
And FYI, here are some notes I kept while reading the book:

1. In Venice Florida, Mohamed Atta lived for two months with an American
stripper/lingerie model named Amanda Keller.

2. Atta loved to party. He was out with Keller nearly every night they
were together. He was a heavy drinker, snorted coke, was a stylish
dresser and wore expensive jewelry.

3. According to Keller, Atta loved pork chops.

4. Keller dumped him after he embarrassed her at a night club by
dancing, poorly, atop a speaker ("doing that old 'Roxbury head bob'
thing, you know"?)

5. Atta revenged himself later on Keller by returning to the apartment
they'd shared and killing her cat and kittens, disemboweling and
dismembering them in her apartment for her to find.

6. In Miami, Atta consorted with women known to be linked to the Mafia.

7. Atta's email list included names of people who worked for defense
contractors. One, for instance, worked for Canadian firm Virtual
Prototypes, which helped develop the avionics for F-15, F-22 and B-2.

8. Atta was enrolled as a student at the International Officer's School
of Maxwell Airforce Base, and witnesses recall him having been
introduced around at an officers' club party.

9. Atta was fluent in at least Arabic, English, German, French and Hebrew.

10. One day when Atta was rummaging through his flight bag, Keller got a
look inside. Her words:

"The thing the FBI was most interested in was his pilot bag. They asked
about it a lot. He kept it locked, and they wanted to know whether I had
ever seen anything in it. I told them yes. One day he opened it briefly,
and there were a lot of papers in it, and there was a blue log book in a
different language. Mohamed was fluent in almost any language you can
think of. He had a kind of Daytimer in there, too. And a folder with all
these different ID's in it. And that's when I saw one - because it fell
out - a little blue and white thing the size of a driver's license. It
had his picture on it, and it looked like a mug shot, or a prison shot.
And it didn't look like him, and I asked him, 'Who is this?'

"And he said, 'that's me.' He told me it had been taken back when he was
in some kind of militia-type deal, like a military-type deal, he said.
He compared it to our military only they teach you different tactics. He
didn't elaborate.

"He didn't say where it was from, either. But the writing looked like a
cross between Hebrew and Arabic, those frilly little lines. He told me
he spoke Hebrew. I said bullshit. So he started speaking it, and I guess
he did.

"He told me that he went to different countries and studied. He had
pilot's license from several different countries. But all the pictures
looked different. All the names were different. He had a license to fly
from just about every country he had been to. He went to pilot's school
in all these countries."

11. Atta, Keller, a stripper named Linda and two Germans, Peter and
Johan, partied for three days in Key West. Atta paid for everything.
Rented three rooms, one just for the men's luggage, which Keller says
contained drugs. The men had a business meeting the women were not
permitted to attend. Met with people, Keller says, who flew in just to
meet Atta. Somber and quiet after meeting. (Key West Airport a known
drug transit point. The Sheriff used to be under orders to keep the dope
sniffing dogs off airplanes, and at one time even sent patrol cars to
escort the drugs to Miami.) [...]

Fearful, chilling, grotesque- but also very, very odd. If the
handwritten, five-page document which the FBI says it found in the
baggage of Mohamed Atta, the suicide bomber from Egypt, is genuine, then
the men who murdered more than 7,000 innocent people believed in a very
exclusive version of Islam - or were surprisingly unfamiliar with their
religion.

"The time of Fun and waste is gone," Atta, or one of his associates, is
reported to have written in the note. "Be optimistic ... Check all your
items - your bag, your clothes, your knives, your will, your IDs, your
passport ... In the morning, try to pray the morning prayer with an open
heart."

Part theological, part mission statement, the document - extracts from
which were published in The Washington Post yesterday - raises more
questions than it answers.

Under the heading of "Last Night" - presumably the night of 10 September
- the writer tells his fellow hijackers to "remind yourself that in this
night you will face many challenges. But you have to face them and
understand it 100 per cent ... Obey God, his messenger, and don't fight
among yourself [sic] where [sic] you become weak ... Everybody hates
death, fears death ..."

The document begins with the words: "In the name of God, the most
merciful, the most compassionate ... In the name of God, of myself, and
of my family."

The problem is that no Muslim - however ill-taught - would include his
family in such a prayer. Indeed, he would mention the Prophet Mohamed
immediately after he mentioned God in the first line. Lebanese and
Palestinian suicide bombers have never been known to refer to "the time
of fun and waste" - because a true Muslim would not have "wasted" his
time and would regard pleasure as a reward of the after-life.

And what Muslim would urge his fellow believers to recite the morning
prayer - and then go on to quote from it? A devout Muslim would not need
to be reminded of his duty to say the first of the five prayers of the
day - and would certainly not need to be reminded of the text. It is as
if a Christian, urging his followers to recite the Lord's Prayer, felt
it necessary to read the whole prayer in case they didn't remember it. ...

But the sentence here that got my goat more than any other was
"eventually culminate in their being on board four regularly-scheduled
flights originating in Boston, Washington Dulles, and Newark, New Jersey
on 9/11."

When Gerard Holmgren researched details of the four planes said to be
involved, he discovered from the government's own BTS statistics that
two of them never took off, but additionally that one of them wasn't
even scheduled that day.

Apparently 11th September was the day that one timetable ended, and a
new one started, with one of the named Sunday flights not included in
the new schedule.

So we can see that either this report from Wayne Madsen is not properly
researched, or more likely, that the secret services pass fake
information to each other. I believe a copy of the data as shown on the

Of course the 9/11 perpetrators changed the data as soon as this
knowledge became public, but I did see it myself before it was changed,
so I am aware of these facts.

The two unscheduled flights were AA11 which purportedly hit the North
tower and AA77 which purportedly hit the Pentagon.

Understanding that no planes were involved solves the major unanswered
mysteries -

Why the airforce didn't intercept these planes

why was no plane wreckage or black boxes ever found

why were there no Arabs on any of the flight lists (none of which were
issued by the airlines)

This also helps enormously to work out which stories are true and which
were fake.

For example Pilotsfor911 is a fake organisation. I wrote to them many
times, with no reply, for obvious reasons.

I've read what John Lear says.

But I also did a Skype call with Field McConnell, a former US airforce
pilot (flew F4s & F16s) and former airline captain (747-400).

The pilot of American 77, which supposedly hit the Pentagon, was a
friend of his.

In fact, a missile hit the Pentagon.

McConnell says that AA77 was switched and, he says, detonated over the
Atlantic Ocean.

Certainly he believes that it took off; his friend the pilot disappeared
that day.

This sort of "decoy plane" was first advocated in Operation Northwoods,
in 1961.
